Women Workout Tennis Dress with Built-in Bra Shorts, Adjustable Cross Shoulder Straps with Pockets

Flattering, slimmer fit than similar dresses
I’ve tried a bunch of these exercises dresses with built in shorts and bras and this one is the one that has the most flattering fit for my body. I am 5’1” and about 122, measurements: 34.5-26-34.5. I like this one so much that I have it in a variety of colors and I hope they come out with more, so I can buy them all up.
This brand is the only one of these exercise dresses that doesn’t flare out over my waist. I prefer a slimmer fit because when the dresses are too loose over my waist, it looks like maternity wear. This one is more fitted.
Aside from the fit, I love how comfortable and versatile this dress is! I’ve worn it running and the adjustable straps help it be supportive enough for my less than ample chest. I probably wouldn’t wear it for more than 3-4 miles of running because the shorts do ride up and my thighs sometimes rub together. Now, if there were silicone grippers on the shorts to keep them from moving, this dress would be PERFECT!
It’s not just good for exercise: I’ve also worn it to work with a sweater or cute shirt over it, as well as out for dinner and to the disco for dancing. Now this dress is just great keeping me cool and dry for dancing!
One of my favorite things about this dress is that I don’t have to wear a purse! I use the pockets for my essentials. I love how it has two different pockets: one for your phone and the other, with a cover over the opening to protect your keys, cards, and other small stuff.

I originally bought this outfit for our trip to Disneyworld during memorial day weekend. I felt so confident and comfortable in this dress. It fits you in all the right places and made me feel slim. My favorite perks about this dress are:
1. Built in bra so no worrying about bra straps
2. The fabric was sweat proof. It never looked or felt wet
3. It was trendy
4. Form fitting, I’m mid size and it fit me in all the right places so I felt so confident in my own skin
5. Comfortable for a hot day
What I didn’t like:
1. After reading reviews and suggestions I decided to size up and I didn’t need to, though it was bigger it still fit well (so it’s a con turned into a pro)
2. The biker shorts under felt pointless. I want my biker shorts to fit almost skin tight because these just kept rolling up requiring me to wear another pair of biker shorts so my legs didn’t rub together (maybe could of been avoided if I would of gotten my actual size?)
And that’s it for cons! I’m excited to style in further in the future with shirts and long sleeves in the fall. This is such a great buy!!

Comfy but not flattering
The material was nice and overall it was good, but it wasn’t the most flattering and accentuated all the wrong places of my stomach. I definitely don’t have abs lol but it just didn’t fit in the right places. For sure, Definitely not for girls with boobs. For reference I’m a 34DDD or DD, depending upon my weight, and it didn’t look right. I was surprised by the amount of support, there was actually more support than expected, but it’s definitely not enough support that you would feel comfortable walking around in all day without a bra. That being said, the bra pads were super noticeable and that was the clincher for me deciding on returning the item. There are very two obvious circular pads and looks kinda funky, less noticeable with a bra underneath, but the shape looked even more funky with a strapless bra. I loved the way it felt* on me and I liked the length, it was on the shorter side but I didn’t feel like my butt was gonna pop out at any second. Overall, cute on a pear shape but not for girls with an hourglass figure

Cute & Comfy !!
I got the tennis dress in bright blue, and boy it was VIBRANT. It was very flattering and comfortable. The only thing is that the straps didn’t criss cross, which was fine with me. Definitely going to buy in more colors!

This dress is so great! It’s very slimming and fits great. I’m sometimes between a medium or large but the medium fit great and not too small. I was worried I couldn’t wear it without a bra as I’m around a 36 DD and always need a bra but it works great and had no issues with support or coverage. A must buy for summer!! Cute with a Jean jacket as well.

This dress is so cute for the price. I have a bigger lower body so she’s a little short in the back but whatever. I do have a bigger bust (34DDD ) and the fabric wrinkles around the top, It’s doesn’t affect anything but it does look a little sloppy. For the price though I love it. Would 100% recommend for anyone with a smaller cup size, I’m still gonna wear it, but thought I’d warn my busty sisters. I usually wear a size medium/large and I got a large.
