Runs small-No stretch I am 5’3″ and usually wear a Large in this style of pants. I just had a feeling I should order a size up. I did, and they are still too tight but VERY LONG! The fabric has an interesting cool feel (I really like it) and the printed pattern (I ordered the leaf) is very pretty and rich colors. I haven’t washed them yet, but I am pretty sure they will not wrinkle. They did not wrinkle in shipment. BUT there is NO stretch to the fabric at all. Thus, if they are a little snug, like mine, you are going to need to get your body to the size of the pants. Haha. The inseam of the XL is 41 inches. That is about 3 inches too long for me. I will be hemming them as soon as I fit in them. Haha. They can easily be hemmed on a sewing machine without it looking cheep. There are no loose threads and the seams are well made. Overall, I do recommend these pants but be prepared to order up at least One, but I say Two, sizes.
Looks great, but these run small (pay attention to the care instructions too) I’m a woman who might be a little on the thicker and on the shorter side (between 5’1″ and 5’5″) and the extra large pants were the perfect length, and the legs were just about the right size, but the waist was way too small and tight. I didn’t notice if the waist of the pants was this small prior to washing, but after washing and drying the pants in the washer/dryer, I noticed the waist became absurdly small, like about the size of a child’s pair of pants. Granted, they still fit because it was an elastic waist, but it definitely felt too tight around my waist. I also checked out the care instruction tag after the pants were washed and it said not to tumble dry, so I’m assuming that the pants were supposed to be hang dried. It’s possible I caused the waist to shrink, but I don’t feel like the material should be this shrinkable either. My advice is that if you’re taller than 5’4″, these pants might be too short on you, and everyone should probably try to order a size up and PAY ATTENTION TO CARE INSTRUCTIONS. It’s a shame about all the limitations, because the dark green feather print actually looked great and I would have loved to have this design in a proper fit. They would have looked great at the office and casual outings.
I really like these but they do not like my hips Palazzo pants always fit me and these are fine in the waist and through my legs from the thighs down. But the hips are extremely tight and uncomfortable. I don’t consider those true palazzo, given that. I plan to lose some weight before summer time so will have a better idea how these will fit by the time I’d probably want to wear them. Right now, they’re just too uncomfortable to wear. But I also wonder whether moving up a size would result in pants that looked fashionable. If you do order them, move up a size and if your hips run wide, keep looking. The fabric is very nice and they look well made so give these a chance if you really like them.
Really Cute Palazzo Pants! I ordered these in the dark green feather pattern in a size small, and I am so happy that I did. They fit great, I am 5’2″ and they come right just about to my ankles. They are 100% polyester so they have a silky feel but so far not staticky. I love the pattern! They will look great with a longer, loose fitting summer tank top and I can’t wait for the warm weather to show them off.
Super long These pants fit well in the waist but in order for me to wear them without alterations I would need to wear 6 inch heels. Oh by the way I’m 5’3″. Find it odd they were so long when they are advertised as cropped pants.
