Stylish and comfortable
These shorts sit right on my hips, do not ride up at all. The fabric is just light enough to wear on a warm day without getting uncomfortable. Not much for stretch in the leg but waist is elastic so that helps the fit. The fabric is soft and washes well. quality item for a good price.

Comfortable & bought 2nd pair!
Iâm so pleasantly surprised by this great pair of comfortable summer shorts! Iâm 5â2â 118Small fits perfect even though suggestive size is M which would have fit but looser. I have not washed them so I donât know about shrinkage. Donât seem to wrinkle because the material is substantial not thin jersey material. I got a salmon color which is very pretty! Not big pockets but 2 medium size pockets. The hem is stitched top & bottom so no unraveling. They are priced for what you get is worth every dollar for quality of material Iâm ordering a tan color $5 more for certain colors! I ordered 3 pairs from WHBM& I hope they I be as happy!

Toss-up on size
I bought these in Medium in green, and they fit perfectly and are super comfy and cute. I bought them in white and the medium was way too small. So, itâs a complete toss-up on size and I donât have much advice other than be patient as the first size you order may or may not fit.

For reference, I am 5â6â 142 lbs with a rectangular torso and thick thighs, I ordered a medium, as suggested, and I donât have any complaints about the way they fit. They are snug on my body type, because I donât have much of a waist, but if you are on the skinny side or have an hourglass figure, iâm sure it would be different.Thereâs nothing overtly wrong with the shorts, but they simply arenât what I ordered. I included a picture of the color and style for reference, next to what they look like on. I went back and double checked what I ordered, thinking maybe there were two grays and I clicked on the wrong one – but I ordered correctly and didnât see another one that looks like what I got that it could have been mixed up with.The shorts in the photo look like theyâre made of soft, swing-y material, almost like pajamas. The fabric of the shorts I received is stiff and rough. Itâs also almost a blue, and not at all the neutral gray pictured. They donât lie flat against your body, but puff out. Iâve tried on worse shorts, and can always use these for yard work, but I donât think Iâd have looked twice at the real ones vs what I liked about the ones advertised. They arenât sheer, they have good back coverage. I donât understand the super heavy-duty waistband paired with an unnecessarily long and superfluous drawstring (it literally does nothing), but I guess itâs not hurting anything. Not worth the hassle of sending them back at this price point, but beware youâre not getting what you think you are.

better than I thought they would be-slightly small
I was looking for comfort, pockets, and a decent length-these fit the bill. The Stars and Stripes pockets are are little stiff and oddly placed, but not enough I care about it. I do think these run a little on the smaller size, but I believe that is based on how one likes the fit. I wanted it a little looser in the waist and the M was perfect for that.A small could have worked, but after a bunch of babies and body shift with aging, I needed the room. (120 lbs) Good buy – I recommend

Cute & Comfortable
I bought these shorts because they looked to be a relaxed fit- I cannot stand tight jean material. I bought 2 pairs in 2 different sizes because I wasn’t sure of my size. I returned a pair but kept the other.In my opinion they run slightly small and are 85% cotton so they are going to shrink a bit.PROS: Comfy.Just enough stretch.Comfortable, stretchy waistband.Nice deep pockets.Well stitchedCONS:The fringing on the legs. I have a suspicion that these will mat together after a few washes but they won’t unravel any further because the fabric above them is hemmed and double stitched.

I love the shorts. They have a nice thickness to them. They are loose and comfortable, and I love the pockets. I wish they were as rustic with the outline stitching being darker around the pockets and the trim where the hymn is. But I still love the look. Have a pair of pink coming in.

Shorts are very cute. I did size up as most of the comments did say to size up. They do fit on the bigger size. I wish I would have ordered a small and Iâm normally between a small and a medium. To add the shorts are really cute but donât look or fit like the shorts in the picture.
