Beautiful, sturdy, shatterproof (says mfr).
This is one very large, quite heavy, but beautiful strong mirror, I decided to use studs for hanging- it is not required, but the mirror weighs about 20 lbs, and i am always on the cautious side.I like that the mfr indicates, this is 4mm, tempered and shatterproof glass- it makes me feel much safer.The mirror itself is gorgeous, and the reflection (at least to me), indicates that the glass is indeed, distortion free. it really is a piece of work.That being said, hanging it on the wall was easy- they include hardware, but I always choose to use studs for something like this- solid, sturdy and meticulously crafted. I have it hung vertically, although some may prefer horizontally- you have either option.I did not realize just how large this mirror would be- but I am thrilled at its size. It really transforms my bathroom (where it is hung), although it is beautiful enough to hang anywhere. It will fit in with any decor except rustic. It is sleek, modern and quite lovely.The last thing I would like to mention is the price point. it may seem high to some- but for this type of perfection- 4mm, distortion free, tempered and shatterproof glass with a modern look that can be hung just about anywhere- the price point is actually very good. I give this mirror a full five stars.

Really nice looking mirror – High quality
I haven’t installed it yet, but I bought it for a bathroom remodel I’m doing in two weeks. I did take it out of the box to make sure it didn’t arrive broken, and it was fine. It’s really good looking. I like the sleek black trim around the edge of the mirror. It will fit in nicely with my all black fixtures in my remodel. Though it’d probably look good in any decoration theme/color/style.The bathroom I’m remodeling is for my young son, so I’m very pleased with the safety rating of the glass. Hopefully will never be an issue, but it’s nice to know it won’t shatter into many sharp pieces if it ever gets knocked off the wall or some other accident happens.
