Perfection
These pens are absolutely perfect. I didn’t need them for furniture buy instead for my hardwood floor that was scraped from moving a chair. I have painted such scrapes in the past but these pens are sooooooo much better and easier. 5 stars

Received with a faulty marker
The maple marker had spilled out its contents and left the marker dried out and useless. All the other markers worked nicely and we repaired several nicks and scratches.

I was shocked because they work!
When used in the right combination they do an awesome job of coloring surface scratches, flakes and nicks. I used them on an antique Teakwood dresser and the before and after results were incredible. I also used them on a cherry dinning room table, but the results were not nearly as dramatic as on the Teakwood.The crayons are crap, but I would buy the markers again and pay more.

Works on some surfaces but not all
This stuff works on some surfaces but not all. Tried on a side table and none of the colors matched even close. Tried on wood flooring and it helps a bit but comes off pretty quickly when you wash your floors a few times. Overall, it can be useful for quick, little touch ups on plain wood surfaces but in really visible locations I would avoid it- although the white does work well on white trim– it’s the wood colors/finishes that don’t work well

Works great for scratches
If you are a “good enough” type person vs a perfectionist, this is a great option for you! I have twin 4 year olds, so nothing in my house stays perfect. I was hoping to help hide some imperfections on our dining room table and cabinets. I was lucky that I was able to match the coloring really close. Was easy to use, just draw on it and do it a few times/until coverage is reached. It’s not perfect but from afar it’s great and a huge improvement.Keeping these on hand for future “oopsies” that my kids and dog make.

Donât feel it worth the money. The mark pen dried out after applying it on my wooden chair just a few times. And the color can be faded away easily.

Sooooâ¦long story short, dear daughter knocked over a bottle of pure acetone on the coffee table, and the first pic reflects the outcome of that little fiasco. ðI got these markers to see if I could improve the situation at all. Not a fan of the crayons, but the marker did a decent job of covering everything (2nd pic), however, the surface was still pretty dull (I expected this since itâll need a coat of semi-gloss to get that) and where I stopped using the marker showed, so I decided to use old English to see if it would improve matters (3rd pic).Final result is the last picâI didnât have high hopes due to the initial incident, but it actually turned out really nice. There wasnât an exact match amongst the color options but Iâm ok with that. I did choose a marker with a significantly different colored cap so you may need to do a bit of experimenting. Iâm going to take my markers and go around and touch up everything else. Solid purchase, imo, even without the crayons.

Wax ones are useless but the markers work!
The package suggests Maple is the lightest, but I found it too warm and had better results with Oak for my lightest wood. Highly recommend using something like a Clorox wipe for wiping off the excess color instead of just water. It goes on really dark, so I let it sit for a second and then wiped most of it away to leave a very light stain. Does a decent job providing color within the scratch so it’s not as obvious.The wax sticks are joke. They do nothing.
