So far so good!
Keyword points:Quiet, sturdy, easy to use, fairly easy to put together, smooth, good tension differencesWhy I got this:Since the outbreak of COVID, I’ve been primarily working from home. I am at my computer desk for about 12 hours a day, 7 days a week (work and video games). My step count is laughable. In June of this year, I had a heart attack (MI) due to blood clots from a kidney stone. It scared me.I had always thought these under-desk exercise machines weren’t really all that much “exercise” as they seemed too low-impact. After the heart attack, I reevaluated my stance and realized that while they may not help me shed any weight or gain any lean mass, they will help my leg circulation. Due to the MI, I wanted to work on my overall health and this seems to be a great means of doing so while I’m at my desk.Ease of assembly:Pretty easy. It’s not like ‘take out of the box and use’ easy, but there are only a few parts to put together and the instructions are very VERY clear. It took me about 20 minutes total from unboxing to using. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for “Easy to assemble” only because if you’re planning on using this for PT with your arms, it may be a bit of a challenge to get all the bolts tightened enoughEase of use:SUPER easy. The only issue I had after putting it together was that I could not change the settings and it wouldn’t calculate my rotation/distance. I had taken out the plastic strap and the display was on, but there was no functionality to the display as far as options or seeing use. I followed the directions to replace the battery (this is probably the most difficult part of the entire machine) and now it works perfectly. I’m assuming the battery that came with it may have been old/not so full of juice, but whatever the case, they do send a second battery and it works fine.Turning the tension knob is easy and the pedals move exactly as expected. The machine doesn’t slide on my carpet when in use unless I’m meaning to slide it. It has good enough traction that I don’t worry about it moving while I’m using it.Other notes:This is very quiet. The nosiest part of it was that I could hear my pants leg rustle against my chair.Comfortable. I was worried that the angle I’d need to put my legs to use this would be awkward while sitting in my desk chair. This is not the case. I used to have a footrest under my desk, and this has replaced it entirely because it is very comfy and the height is perfect. It doesn’t take up a ton of space, it’s barely bigger than my footrest, not too high, and not too wide. The packaging was easy to open and the machine easy to take out. Each part was clearly marked. Even the pedals had little removable tags on them to remind you exactly how to attach them! The instructions were perfectly clear, not once did I have to guess what they meant by something or try to figure something out myself. Each step was outlined, there were diagrams, and all needed tools came with the product.Would I buy it again?:Yes, I would. I did get the warranty on it to be on the safe side (10% of the purchase price, so just under $10), but so far, this thing seems to be exactly what I had hoped it would be.I have not had this for too long, and if my stance on this product changes, I will update this review.

Easy to use and move around the house
I originally bought the elliptical bike for my husband but he did not like it, so I bought this bike. It is great and he exercises every day with it. It is easy to move but sturdy to use. It has many levels of tension so it can be easy or hard for your exercise routine. The pedals are small and when he uses it his shoes hit the floor. He exercises in his socks and it works great. He has a size 12 for his shoes so keep that in mind. He loves this bicycle and I kept the elliptical bike so we can exercise together. We are in our 70âs, and this this easier to use and move. If company comes over you can move it out of sight. We love both machines.

Heavy Duty Assembly Required
So the good news is that this is a heavy duty piece of equipment. The bad news is that if you’re over 40, and in need of some physical therapy, It’s heavy, awkward and requires pro tools to assemble. It helps if you have a sturdy workbench or table with several blocks, rolled towels, etc to prop it in place while you work on it. The front and rear stabilizers go on more easily if you flip it on its back and prop it vertically. Don’t bother with the tools included, they are worthless. Get a top notch screwdriver and your wrench set. It took me a little over an hour, Including two painful trips to the tool shed for my pro tools and reversing the front stabilizer because I put it in upside down.At least one of the bolts for attaching the rear bottom plate were so hard to insert, I was afraid I’d strip the head before I got it screwed in. Pro Phillips screw driver to the rescue, one quarter turn at a time. Now I need PT on my wrist and elbow. In addition to my hip!The very carefully labeled left and right pedals, with tags stating the left nut is blue on the inside and the right nut is red, was confusion taken to a fine art. First, there was no discernible color inside either nut.. second,, the screw directions appear to be reversed,, counter clockwise to tighten.. i managed to figure it out and get them on.. After all, I did get a degree in engineering some decades ago.The pedal straps are bizarre, catty corner across the pedals, both angled in the same direction. Not straight, as shown in all the drawings.I am pleased with the smooth motion, adjustable resistance from easy peasy to moderate, and once I got the front stabilizer bar on right side up, not much scooting around. It works best if you push it almost under your chair, so your legs are at right angles at the knees. Not bad for the price.

Compared with a lot of cheaper models available this one is very well built. It is easy to assemble and works very smoothly..It is very quiet in operation, and well worth spending the extra to get this better product

Lo mas parecido a una bicicleta estática, pero mas cómodo. El pedaleo es suave y continuo apliques la resistencia que apliques. Perfecto para los dÃas de lluvia en los que no apetece salir a ejercitarse al exterior.

Bought to use for hyper 8-year-old during pandemic schooling at home. It has been great! He likes it and I use it while working at home too. It fits under the kitchen table and doesn’t make so much noise, or take so much effort that you couldn’t use it while in a Zoom meeting. I read a ton of reviews on these because I wanted one that would be durable, but not too expensive. This one is medium price-point but seems sturdier than others I have seen. The resistance is set with magnets and “8” ( the highest resistance) is a bit too easy to much of a workout for me, but for a child, “4” is a good setting. It has been good so far, and my son spontaneously uses it throughout the day for little breaks to blow off steam. You can sit comfortably in a chair and peddle this while you watch TV and it’s at least something better than just sitting. I don’t think I’d buy this as a primary work out method (doesn’t replace an exercise bike) but we don’t have room for anything else bigger. We are very happy with it and would recommend. It came with tools to assemble and took only 10 minutes max as already mostly put together.
