I switched to this seam cutter cause the others were too expensive.
I switched to this product cause the others were too expensive. I quickly found out that this one was much easier to use, replace the blade, and had a much better feel then the others. I’m sold.

Cuts thick carpet with ease. If you have thick pilling you may want to remove one of the two blades so you don’t get build up between the blades which makes it harder to use. Even with one blade this thing cuts like butter. Also you are able to set the blade depth so you don’t waste your energy trying to cut through sub-flooring (always a plus..)!
