Pretty perfect
I have plantar fasciitis. I tried these (red ones) after trying the blue. The blue are great – super cushioned in the heel and a LOT of arch support. A little too much, and I was told by two podiatrists I have very high arches. The blue ones make the bottoms of my arches a little sore are a while. They’re just really aggressive.
The red ones don’t seem to be as cushioned in the heel, but they’re very close. The key difference is that they still have great arch support – just a bit less aggressive than the blue ones. The red ones also have a subtle triangular padding in the center, which feels really good on my central plantars.

Good insoles for hiking
I have significant foot issues (mortons neuroma, metatarsalgia, bunions, early hammer toe, and Achilles tendinitis) and I weigh 260. I recently started hiking and I would have foot pain so bad following a hike that I would be almost in tears just from driving home. The pain in my heel while using the gas pedal was horrible. I bought these insoles *hoping* they would help. They fit right into my hiking boots with zero trimming. BEST OF ALL, NO PAIN AFTER A HIKE!!! I did have to loosen my laces up a bit because they did make the boots more snug but certainly not unbearable. I would definitely recommend them for hiking boots or work boots.

Arch support is not rigid
I got the size 13 for a men’s Puma shoe size 13. Took out the original sole insert and the VALSOLE insert fit perfectly. It covered the entire footbed as though it were made specifically for the shoe. It is much more padded than the original insert and is comfortable. My only complaint is that the arch support part is not rigid at all and fell after a few days use. At first, the arch support was perfect and I could feel it supporting my foot. Now, it has fallen considerably and I can’t feel it supporting my foot.

Really Comfortable! Lasts more than 2 months.
I’m on my feet A LOT at work. Also over 250lbs. These made my work boots extremely comfortable for about 2 and a half months. Just started to become less comfy about a week ago. Tried more expensive orthotics from podiatrist & those stores where they have you stand on a pad. These are so much better! Forget getting gel or Scholl’s from your local store too.

They can cause blood blister on heel of feet if carrying heavy weight!
The VALSOLE Heavy Duty Support Pain Relief Orthotics – 220+ lbs Plantar Fasciitis High Arch Support Insole.. Is very soft, very high arch support, helped plantar pain, but gave me a deep deep blood blister all the way around my heel, could have been improper installation, wrong size, or because i exceeded the 220+ lb weight limit? I do work stocking paint, carrying/farmer walking two 5gal buckets at a time for over 2 years, never had a problem with blood blisters before, until i got these, worn once, i took them out, took over a month for the blood blister to finally come to surface and heal up! i believe it was caused from the hard plastic base, some how pinched me! Thought i was going to be out of work for a while there, was scary!

Keeping fatigue at bay
My hubby, working outdoors for 8-10 hours a day, with flat feet crammed into safety steel boots? Ouch! But fear not, after trying a bunch of insoles, this one takes the cake!
PROS:
It’s like walking on clouds, yet sturdy enough for heavy-duty work.
The arch support is a lifesaver, keeping fatigue at bay during long shifts.
Plus, the winter grip is top-notch.
Cons:
It might cost a tad more than the competition, but hey, quality comes at a price, right?

Pretty great arch support, nice product!
I bought these after spending an exorbitant amount on custom orthotics for dress shoes but needed something to wear inside of a CAM boot after a medical procedure on my foot. 3 weeks into using these (one in a regular athletic shoe, one in a CAM boot) and they have been fantastic to support my foot arches and theyâre soft but very supportive (so helpful post op). I will definitely buy again when these have paid their dues!

Been wearing this insole in my work boots for a couple of weeks now, its seems pretty comfortable and its holding up pretty well, the heel pain seems slowly gone a way, but minded you that I also had 4 session of acupuncture on my heels before I start to wear this insole, but now my heels didn’t notice any pain after work, I would assume this insole help a lot and it is worth it for you to give it a try, its value under $40 Canadian as of 2024, hopefully this helps
