Essential For Any Bird Feeder Camera
I bought my mother a Birdfy bird feeder camera for Mother’s Day. When I bought it, I didn’t realize that when it advertised itself as being able to run continuously for 3 months, I did not read close enough to see that that was only true when paired with an external solar panel. After some quick research, this brand of solar panel looked to be the most trusted and reliable. I’ve had this installed in tandem with the bird feeder camera, and it’s worked like a charm, doubling the function to a subtle surveillance camera at night. This was very easy to install, just make sure you spend the time considering how the sun moves across your property, and ensuring it’s as far away from shade throughout the day as possible. Now this camera is never below 100% charge, which saves me the hassle of trying to teach my mother how to disconnect the bird feeder and bring it in to charge it every two days and put it back up. Highly recommended. You could probably even take this hiking and charge a USBC type device at a decent rate.

Does what its supposed to do
Good quality item, charges like its supposed to and i mean its a solar panel so it does what it needs to . Install was easy, hooks up nice and plenty of cord. Used with my outdoor WYZE cam when wyze panel was sold it this works just as good so cant complain. Only con would be come with clips to wrap extra wire with but easy enough to do yourself. Or even options with 4 foot cable and 6 and * would work just as good. Some people don’t need all that cord. just saying.

Work with Eufy Solar Cam S120 with a fraction of the prices
Eufy has recently come out with the new solar chargeable motion sensor light with security camera. Unfortunately the built-in solar panel from the solarcam isn’t powerful enough to fully charge the device. So I have to install an external solar panel for the device. The official Eufy Solar panel cost approx 15 bucks, and this one is only $17 after the 15% coupon attached. And it is working flawlessly with the solar cam.Packaging:The whole package comes with the solar panel itself, mounting bracket, mounting tool and a micro USB – usb-c adapter. Yes the charging cable itself is micro-usb, and they are very kind to provide an adapter as a lot of new tech pieces use usb-c now.Installation:Drilling is required, so gets your power tool ready. They do not have the adhesive option. You maybe able to DIY yourself for the adhesive. Other than that installation is very easy. Just a few screws and you are setPerformance:I noticed that in the description it said that it is not compatible with any brand name cameras, but for me, it is absolutely rocking with the Eufy s120 solar cam. It charge my device from 7% to 40% within 4 hours of direct sunlight exposure (12noon to 4pm).Conclusion: overall I am very satisfy with this purchase. While it mention that it isn’t compatible with Eufy product, it works with mine. And for $15 dollars it is a steal. The only thing left to be tested is the durability. Let’s hope it isn’t one of those that last for 2 months and busted type. But until then. I would give it a 5 stas rating.

Great for cameras
I’ve bought several for my eufy cameras. They work well and don’t cost a lot. The cords long, the size isn’t to big or to small. They are strong enough to stand up to hail and strong winds. Takes about 5 minutes to install and just a power drill. Takes less than 6 hours to charge the cameras and stays charged even in minimal sun.

Does the job very well
I did a LOT of research to ensure that I bought a solar panel that was compatible with my camera. My camera has a Micro USB charging port requiring 5V. There are a lot of panels with 5V and Micro USB, but after reading the fine print and the reviews as well, there always seemed to be compatibility and safety issues. This very little solar panel is monocrystalline and claims up to 20% efficiency. The solar panel is only 7.4″ x 5.4″. It is really small, yet it delivers enough power to keep my camera charged. My camera was at 92% this morning, I did a temporary install of the solar panel to test it and see if it would even help. Well it did. With a total overcast sky all day, it managed to charge my camera back up to 99%. One more day and it will be fully charged. I can only imagine how it will perform in full sunlight. The solar panel seems well built, time will only tell. The mounting system is straight forward and easy. As long as you have room, it can be easily adjusted to get the best angle for lots of sun. The 10ft cable seems a bit short, but I need to measure it. This solar panel along with my camera make this set up completely autonomous. My WiFi is strong enough that I could move this out into the yard away from the house if needed. As my other older camera’s start to need replacing, this set up is my solution. Total security without running power, and all because of this little solar panel. Right now, I am totally happy and I really hope this stands the test of time. I would love to exapnd my system with these solar panels. They are a terrific value for the price and they get 5 stars

Great for Simplisafe outdoor cameras
Mounted these to charge my simplisafe gen 2 cameras. These are small enough to not draw too much attention. Keeps both batteries fully charged with just a few hours of sunlight a day. No issues with weather.

Good Panels
Purchased these panels for outdoor battery operated security panels. These panels were not compatible with my cameras, which is my own fault for not reading all the details. They work wonderfully and I will be keeping them for other uses. They held up well in the Texas weather while they were installed and up and there were no issues.

Screws
The panel is ok but let me tell you about the screws that come with it. They are cheap and horrible they break off worthless. Come on you can do better
