Great Quality and Fit!
I recently purchased this flannel shirt and I’m really satisfied with the quality. The material is soft and it’s perfect for both casual wear and outdoor activities. The vibrant colors are exactly as shown in the picture and which I like it. Style wise, this shirt is spot on and classical flannel which never goes out of style. I am 5′ 7″ and. X-small fits me perfectly with enough room to move comfortably without feeling baggy. For those who are 5’9″ or 5’10”, I would recommend going for small size to ensure a good fit. I would say this shirt is a perfect addition to your wardrobe.

These light weight shirts are great for travel. Honestly, I was not expecting to be wowed by these shirts, but I was. For the price, you absolutely cannot beat them. If you get chilly at times in winter, this very comfortable Amazon Essentials Men’s Long-Sleeve Flannel Shirt may be just what you need to make the difference if worn over a t-shirt or polo shirt. I’ve worn mine like that frequently, both indoors and outdoors, for most of two winters and found it to be warm and comfortable, to fit quite well, to look good if you’re into a casual look, and to hold up pretty well with repeated wear and washings..I’d be wearing my shirt right now as I type this review (that I forgot to leave earlier), but I took it off yesterday while moving some furniture. Before I could get back to it, our always hungry female GSD decided to see if it tastes as good as it looks and now my poor shirt is mangled (based on the amount she ate, it must taste good, too!). Since I liked the old one so well, I’ve now ordered a new one in a slightly different color and resolved to avoid leaving it where Miss Muncher can reach it. 5*

Men’s flannel shirt
It’s a very nice shirt. The fabric is mid weight and the colors are clear and distinct. The main color is more teal than blue but I got it at such a good price that I mentioned it more for your information than as a complaint. It fits well and didn’t seem to shrink when washed and dried. Also the color didn’t fade. I’m pleased with my purchase and would buy this brand again

I bought this shirt and a GoodThreads shirt. This review was written for the GoodThreads shirt but also this Amazon Essentials. A comparison. See bottom of what follows. I recommend this Amazon Essentials shirt if you’re OK with plaid.GoodThreads Shirt:Bottom line is I was pleasantly surprise with the quality of this shirt. I was looking for a solid orangish-yellow for fall color. Very good material and craftsmanship. Material is soft and strong almost like a “flannel light weight canvas”. I’m about 6’1″ and 164 pounds, with little muscle tone and/or body fat. The only negative comment is the sleeve diameter is a little tight given the body diameter on the XL size I bought. it’s OK, just, I wish the body diameter was a little tighter. If you’re heavier around the middle, the fit would be better. Shirt body length should be an inch longer for me. Sleeve length right on. The color wasn’t available in tall size. But, it is very hard to find brighter solid colors. If you want solid color, give this a try.Amazon Essentials Shirt (this shirt):I also bought the Amazon Essential plaid in a yellow/black. That shirt has a better sleeve to body diameter ratio for me and is the typical flannel material. Shirt body length should be an inch longer for me. Sleeve length right on. I rate the A.E. shirt 5 star for a flannel plaid-for the money.Both are very good value. The Goodthreads shirt was a few more dollars but the material is better. This A.E. shirt offered a better color selection than what I could find in local stores. The A.E. shirt is a good value for a light weight plaid flannel.I have washed both shirts and observed no shrinkage. You must take out of dryer and hang on hangers right away, otherwise wrinkles.

A Home Run
Had a hankering for some cheap fannels, you know, something to throw on as a topper, or alone on a cool day. These fit the bill, with a contemporary cut, rounded tails, single no flap pocket, a little tailored, not too much, with a comfortable medium weight 100% cotton flannel, that fit this medium guy to a tee in the Medium size, perfect either tucked or untucked. And the price is very good. When they are on sale the price is insanely good. Highly recommended.

The size is smaller than standard
So, I typically order XX-Large because I like flannel shirts a little roomy, and because at 6’4″ tall I’ve got long arms. The shirt shoulders are usually wider than I am, so the sleeves end up being a good length.The sizing of this shirt is definitely no larger than an X-Large and it’s sleeves are 2″ or more too short. Aside from that, the fabric is nice and the quality is good for the price.Others seem to be satisfied with the fit of these shirts, so maybe mine was mislabeled. Be that as it may I’m keeping it and can roll up the sleeves.

I really like the material. Feels soft. I ordered and received XL (I take 49 inch chest). It fit perfectly. And sleeves are about 36 inch. This is the comfort fit.I would buy again.

Muy buena textura y grosor de la franela, asà como el color (entre negro y gris obscuro). Las tallas son americanas, asà que recomiendo una más chica a la que regularmente compran. Sólo considerar que el corte es ligeramente más ajustado en la cintura. Si son delgados lucirá muy bien, pero si tienen pancita se notará apretado, asà que compren una talla más grande.
