Perfect security system
The app is easy to navigate and the cameras have a perfectly clear picture! Even the nighttime has a clear picture. I put a motion light near it as an extra deterrent for thieves. The cameras stay charged and have great value. We did get the yearly cloud upgrade but its cost was reasonable. Considering we were paying significantly more for other big name services.

Great Solar Powered Camera System
I purchased 3 solar cameras and the doorbell camera. The Doorbell camera works great, and integrated perfectly with the rest of the system! The solar powered cameras work well and easily hold a charge overnight. Look angles are good, and the camera is responsive. I deducted one star for two reasons: First, the cameras do not have “waypoint” functions, meaning the cameras could be programmed to look at a certain place and then rotate to look at another place based on an automatic schedule (i.e. every 30 seconds, 1 minute, etc). I have another camera from Wyze with Waypoint functions, and I love that the camera changes its look-angle on a regular/recurring schedule and then tracks movement “like a hawk” anytime it detects something. Maybe waypoints could be a future AOSU software upgrade? Second, one of my cameras is mounted only 30 feet from the Home Base, but the WIFI signal is extremely weak (and sometimes drops-out). All other cameras are mounted at 18 feet, 55 feet, and 63 feet from the Home Base and those cameras are working fine. There is no interference in the area, so I’m not sure why a camera mounted only 30 feet from the Home Base occasionally has drop-outs due to lost connection or weak WIFI signal. This might be improved once I install a WIFI mesh/repeater system to my home internet solution.

Great camera
I purchased a set and I couldn’t be any happier. Couple issues I had with one was that it didn’t turn on at all and didn’t reset but my app showed that it was fully charged. Contacted their tech, did a few troubleshooting with no success so they went ahead and replaced the defected one for free and received it within 5 days I think which was fast in my book. Video is clear and all I was looking for. I don’t think it’s the cameras problem but my issue was wifi. I have one set at about 100ft and losses signal due to wifi. I have to talk to my internet provider to get a stronger router for signal and determine then if it’s the camera or router. Installation was simple as well as set up. Like any other camera, the more activity their is, the more it will drain the battery unless it is plugged directly into the power source.

Very clear picture
These cameras are great. They have extremely clear video. I have one in the front yard and one in the back yard, and they have no issues with connection. They go through a firmware update once you get them connected.The front yard camera gets a lot of use because of all the people walking through the neighborhood but I have had no issue with the battery staying charged because of the solar panel.Only issue is every now and then the camera will space out and be facing towards the house and not recording motion. This has only happened once on both cameras before the last update, this was the update after the initial update, about a month after install. After the update I have not had any issues. But I can’t say if that was the reason for the update.It also saves recordings. and it is customizable so that you are not capturing every incident like cars and birds.Recommend? Yes.

Me decidí por el kit de Vigilancia AOSU para casa y la verdad es que estoy bastante contento. La instalación fue sencilla, sin necesidad de cablear nada gracias a los paneles solares de las cámaras. La imagen es muy nítida, incluso de noche, y la aplicación móvil funciona bastante bien: puedo ver las cámaras en directo, ajustar la sensibilidad del detector de movimiento e incluso hablar a través de ellas.Lo que más me gusta es que no tengo que preocuparme por cables ni por la configuración de red, la estación base lo hace todo automáticamente. La aplicación es intuitiva y me permite acceder a las grabaciones cuando quiero.La única pega, por decir algo, es que no es compatible con ONVIF, y yo que tengo algunos cacharros de domótica, me habría gustado poder integrarlo todo. En cualquier caso, por el precio que tiene, la verdad es que cumple de sobra para tener la casa vigilada.

In questo modo non ci sarà traffico video e appesantimento della rete wifi di casa, ma dall’altra sarà onere di questo piccolo scatolotto raggiungere le telecamere fin dove vengono installate.L’hubLa base è piccola e compatta, dotata anche di una porta USB oltre a porta LAN e connettore di alimentazione. L’hub si interfaccia con l’app e con il cloud. L’app era già sul mio telefono il che significa che negli anni ho già avuto a che fare con questa marca. Tuttavia non ho notato nulla di che, nelle impostazioni dell’hub non c’è proprio niente di utile di configurabile, forse perchè le impostazioni sono tutte nelle telecamere che nell’app risultano essere altre voci distinte.Le 2 telecamereDevo dire che hanno il più bel pannello solare che abbia mai visto su una telecamera. Veramente qualitativo, compatto ma efficace. Peccato per la fusione del pannello nella plastica della telecamera che lo rende un blocco unico, non orientabile, con la telecamera. Francamente un’occasione persa per fare un prodotto più flessibile.Le telecamere hanno sensore PIR, fotocamera, infrarossi e naturalmente batterie interne e antenne per la comunicazione.Lato softwareL’app sostiene che il prodotto sia integrabile in Google Home e Alexa, francamente però queste integrazioni nella pratica aiutano ben poco, sia per i tempi che ci vogliono prima di vedere le immagini sia perchè spesso non risultano affidabili come dovrebbero.L’app consente di gestire il motion detect, la sensibilità, la programmazione, ma anche il risparmio energetico, l’illuminazione notturna, il volume dell’audio a due vie e molto altro.Un grande assente, che però caratterizza tutti i dispositivi a batteria, è il protocollo ONVIF, che permetterebbe di registrare, o gestire, in maniera centralizzata, una serie di telecamere mantenendo le registrazioni su un HD altrove. Una caratteristica che cerco sempre per le telecamere di sorveglianza ma che si fatica sempre a trovare.PrezzoInfine il prezzo, di 299€ io non li spenderei, ma è anche vero che ho un wifi mesh in casa che copre ogni angolo e quindi non ha senso prendere un dispositivo come questo che genera una sua rete di comunicazione alternativa.Tuttavia, per una villetta con giardino, magari con l’idea di mettere le telecamere sugli alberi, senza cavi, questo kit è pratico perchè lo accendi, lo posizioni ed è fatto tutto senza configurazioni o cablaggi e questo ha un prezzo, che in questo caso è rilevante.
