I took a bigger size
My height is 171cm, my body weight is 59kg. I ordered a suit of size L. The photo shows a thermo suit sitting on me. The waistline is at the level of the navel, does not slip when moving. The sleeve is long enough. The pants do not hang out, which means they will not interfere with movement. I can’t check the level of thermal protection yet.

Too small for size – very restricting
The build/stitching and fabric is great. It’s definitely warming even though you look like you are wearing some anime outfit. Only problem I have is that it’s just too small for the size. I ordered one size up as medium after looking at some reviews…and it’s still too small. I know thermal underwear should be tight so it’s warming but this is just too small – it’s restricting. It almost feels like I’m wearing a corset. I recommend you order size 1 or 2 up.

Size was accurate for me
This set is a game-changer for chilly weather. I ordered my usual size, medium, and it was just right. It fits snugly, but not uncomfortably so. Over time, it stretches a bit more, maintaining its snugness, which is perfect for wearing under clothing. I even wore the pants under jeans without any issues. Overall, I’m really pleased with this set and would definitely recommend it.
