Excellent customer service, get the darker sets, not not the light white
I ordered this set on February the 24th 2024. It came absolutely perfect and I loved cooking with it however, it did begin to discolor as I cooked more and more on it. Nothing I did could take the discoloration away and it turns sort of brown looking inside of the white pans. This really discouraged me, also one of the handles stopped working correctly. It was after my initial 30-day purchase on Amazon so I could not return the pots and pans, however I reached out to customer service and they have sent me a replacement set of pots and pans at no charge. I do love this set of pots and pans because of the way that it stacks and saves room. Is convenient to cook with because you can just move your handles around and also put the pots in the oven for a finishing touch if you need to. This condensed my pots and pans down to one small cabinet in my kitchen which is awesome because my kitchen has horrible cabinet space issues. Don’t forget that these pans do not go in the dishwasher, you must wash them by hand if you want to keep them nice. You should also use the stacking criss cross pot protector pads in between them when you store them. A lot of people would think that this was a turn off but it will keep your pots and pans looking nice for years instead of banged up. Also the pots are really easy to clean so washing them my hand is not a big deal, even though I do prefer to use the dishwasher. This that offers a lot of versatility, and it is a magnificent point of interest for my guests who send me cooking and changing my handles out. I must say I’m very impressed with customer service and if you do have an issue with these pots and pans they do their best to correct it. One downfall is that the storage lids for the pans that allow you to stick the leftovers in the refrigerator do not snap on, they just kind of set over the pan. As long as you are not moving stuff in and out of your refrigerator and can be very careful as to not knock off one of the lids this causes no problems but again they do not snap on like regular lids would snap on to a storage container. The lids of the pots will work with your other pots and pans as well, they are the same as the universal pot lids that they sell here on Amazon. I like them a lot and it adds value to the pots and pans. My first set of pots and pans that they sent me came with a utensil set and I’m disappointed that my new pots and pans will not have that, but I still have the white ones and I will be happy with those. They are nice and wash up very well. Overall this is a good set and I would buy it again even though I had some issues. Having a company that will stand behind their products is very important to me. It is sad that companies do not make pots and pans that will last a lifetime anymore, but this company will at least stand behind their product and offer you everything that they can to rectify any negative situation you may run into.

We Purchased this 23 piece set after seeing the product on offer in Tiktok videos. We checked Amazon and found the various packages were not only on sale, but for less than the Tiktok shop prices.I have used granite nonstick cook wear when it first came out years ago and found it slightly better than Teflon non-stick. I can definitely say that the nonstick on these pans is much better, totally improved over the first pans I used years ago. So far we have cooked eggs, fried tofu, made soup, creamy cajun chicken pasta and homemade dirty rice with veggies and sausage in this pan set. I even fried A handful of cheddar cheese to crispy on both sides. The nonstick performed perfectly. Post cooking cleanup has been easy every time after allowing the pans to cool, washing with mild soap and a soft nylon bristle brush. Any thing that didn’t immediately wipe of with the brush was easily cleared by a gentle rub of the thumb or palm.I like to cook, and my spouse has celiac, so I do a lot of fresh ingredient cooking. I also plan meals to be watched into immediate refrigerated leftovers as well as freezer portions. The larger pans are of a good size to handle the larger than normal amount of cooking for 2 people.On to features…As stated before, the granite style nonstick is excellent. And the 23 piece set came with dense fiber inserts to place between pans when stacking to protect the cooking surface. Having read other reviews we have avoided placing the pans in the dishwasher; hand washing is quick and easy with a soft nylon brush and occasional hand use as stated previously. We cook at low to medium heat as recommended and I was worried that cooking times would be increased, we have not seen any dramatic increase. Our previous pans have thick copper or aluminum billets on the bottom for even heat distribution, the Carote pans have a thinner billet but heat up faster with the same even heat as the thicker pans.The removable handles are taking some getting used to but I do like them, and I have forgotten them on the pans a few times. We have a gas range and it is always a problem of where to move the handles so they don’t burn you when shifting a pan, not so with the removables. These removable handles also make stove to oven transfers easy. The pans come with 3 storage lids for the refrigerator, we haven’t used them because I portion leftovers out for our ADHD next days and freezer storage for later. The storage lids are for the 7, 8, and 9 inch pans.Cooking utensils…. Invest in silicone or wood. Absolutely no metal in these pans. I have previously ruined a granite nonstick by using a metal whisk and scratched the coating. The 23 piece set came with a spatula and a spoon. Both broke during the first use. Thankfully I had previously bought a expansive set from amazon.Finally, the cooking lids. They are great, but you only get two. One for the 10-12 inch pans and one for the 7-9 inch pans. They are not oven safe and do not secure well for the refrigerator.. They are excellent on the stove and have a notch to accommodate the removable handle.Overall I am impressed with the set and highly recommend them for home cooks.

Are you these pots and pans just about every day to cook? I love them. TheyĆ¢ĀĀre very clean mine of not scratched up. I didnĆ¢ĀĀt even put them in the dishwasher. I donĆ¢ĀĀt know if thatĆ¢ĀĀs something youĆ¢ĀĀre supposed to do. I donĆ¢ĀĀt suggest Doing it, but I have been able to use silicone to cook with them and I have also use a plastic spatula. I have had no issues very quickly. TheyĆ¢ĀĀre very clean. TheyĆ¢ĀĀre very nice Looking, they are nonstick they heat up Quickly and cook the food evenly. I am extremely happy with us purchase and suggest others to try it the Removable handles are a really great addition. I wish I would have this On All of my cookware.

This set is so beautiful. They’re heavier than I thought they would be but in a good sturdy kind of way. The pans are such great sizes, the biggest one is huge. Only complaints would be that none of the frying pans come with lids. The set comes with 3 lids and none fit the frying pans. Also, the handle gets stained. I made chili and the part that on the inside of the pan when attached, got some chili on it and it slightly stained and wouldn’t come off no matter how hard I scrubbed. The picture doesn’t show it too well but you see where the stain is. I’m nervous about the actual pots staining. The pot came clean but I’m wondering if there’s a slight dinge now or is maybe its in my mind bc the handle stained. Anyways, they’re such good quality and nothing has stuck to them so far and really easy to clean. I made cheese sauce in one of the frying pans and it sat over night and was still easy to clean the next morning. Love this set!

Excelente compra, lo volverĆĀa a comprar y hasta a distribuir, ya que no se pega nada ahorrando aceite. AdemĆĀ”s el color negro hace que no se manche a diferencia del blanco. Y cĆĀ³mo se desmonta la agarradera puedo usar el sartĆĀ©n adentro del horno de la estufa. Se limpia muy fĆĀ”cil. Excelente relaciĆĀ³n precio- calidad.
