Easy to use
I have a bad shoulder, which I am battling currently. I purchased this to make cleaning my standup shower easier. This thing is amazing! The different attachments reach all the cracks and crevices without me having to use so much elbow grease. My only complaint is the long pole is difficult to get in tight places because of the way the head faces

Trouble with the heads…but it will still cut your cleaning time in half.
I’ve changed original review since my wife managed to break it one morning. She was trying to pull off a bristle head when it released the spinning part the head attaches to. We got a replacement. The release tabs (picture) just were too hard for the spot welds on the first one. I originally suggested bending the tabs back slightly. On the new one I didn’t want to chance it, so I tried to break one off completely. It didn’t break; it just flexed. I’ve pulled it off and replaced it about 20-30 times to be sure it was safe, and that it would release normally. The form of the plastic holds to the head very well even with a severely bent tab. There are small holes which should let you use a flat-head screwdriver to push the unit off the head (picture) if it’s stuck. This rechargeable spinner is great for cleaning everywhere. I used it in my guest bathroom the day I got it, and my bathroom is almost like new. There are a variety of heads: bristle, large bristle, pointed bristle, sponge head, scrubber and buffing bonnet. The sponge, scrubber and bonnet are held on by Velcro, and should easily be replaceable. Bristles are at about medium stiffness. The mesh storage bag keeps them organized and lets them dry after you rinse and remove them from the handheld unit. I have used most of them, but the sponge head struck me as something which could be used to easily clean normal walls and most likely wouldn’t harm your paint. The 2 speed motor isn’t super fast–about 100-200 rpm, but that should be by design. A *different product* I’ve tried were drill attachments, and they easily move too fast and can damage surfaces…this won’t. I probably don’t have to mention this, but there is a warning on the device to remind you not to point it at your head. There is a danger it can tangle into your hair. The power switch needs a long press to turn it on *looks at my 7 year-old* but another press will up the speed slightly if you need it. A last push turns it off. I have used it to clean 2 bathrooms fully and haven’t needed to charge it yet. It works wonderfully in conjunction with a foaming cleaner (Mr. Bubbles) and after, a hand-held shower sprayer to clear away the debris. The 17-40 in. (~1 m) extendable rod fits snugly and securely at the base of the grip and seals the charging port. The release is a pushbutton to quickly attach and detach the unit for any task low or high. The handle can separate into smaller parts if you only want the added 17 inch reach, but seriously, it’s easier to leave it fully assembled. If you’re not interested in the handle, there is a small cap which fits over the charge port. Also included is a wall mount holder (double sided sticky), and despite looking too stiff it easily and securely held the extension rod with the unit attached; there’s even a hook for the mesh bag(picture). I am very pleased with it’s performance and it has earned it’s place in my cleaning closet next to my Dyson.

Great Product
I hate cleaning my bathroom but when I have to do it I want it to be very clean. I used this to clean my countertops and it’s the cleanest and shiniest they have every been! I also used it to clean my tub and it made it so easy! It got all the grime from between the tiles and on my soap rack. The only slight issue I found is that it is a bit more difficult to scrub the smaller spots because it’s not very flexible. Overall this is a great product for the price! Oh and it holds a charge for a long time! I love that the heads are detachable so that I can sit them in a cup of bleach to sterilize them afterwards.

Basic help cleaning, but bad angle and short battery length
It works good as a hand tool, and for most things I am happy with its effectiveness. But, the angle on the handle means it is only to help at heights, only to reach, not to power clean. You can’t direct pressure at all, because of basic physics. I was also hoping to use it on the floors standing up, but the angle makes that impossible, and it is not adjustable. To clean a shower wall you have to get into the tub, you can’t use the handle, because the angle makes any pressure impossible. Battery is not up to par either, I haven’t had a charge last more than 30 minutes, I understand the higher setting drain power faster, but that is ridiculously low if you wanted to do a “cleaning day”.
