So flattering!
 I play tennis every day and have an insane number of cute dresses but this one is my favorite. The separate shorts so that you don’t have to get naked every time you wanna go to the bathroom are an absolute must but I really love the cute little ruffle down at the bottom. The collar makes it look a little classier like I could wear it to the country club. Everyone asks where I bought it and I’m happy to tell them Amazon, of course.

Great Dress/Shorts
I get so many compliments on this; looks sporty and dressy at the same time. Pockets on each side of the shorts allows you to hold your phone, balls, small towel, and the dress covers it beautifully. Great color too!

I love tennis. I also love tennis dresses or exercise dresses that go from working out to running errands. With a sweater popped over the top, I can wear this to pick up my kid at school, or to grocery shop.
I ordered this in navy. It’s a deep, dark navy. The matching shorts are the same color.
I can be tricky to fit in dresses. I’m curvy up top, an hourglass that’s bigger in the bosom, smaller in the waist. I wear a 6 in jeans, a M in a stretchy tee, but a L in a button-down shirt. Amazon recommended a L for me, which is what I thought I ordered. Somehow I wound up with an XL.
I was worried if the shorts would fall off completely. Fitting up top is the issue, I’m used to being a bit mismatched from top to bottom, but an XL short was too big for me. I slit the inner waistband, pulled in the elastic, and took some stitches to draw the entire waist in. After that, the shorts were fine.
Actually, the dress itself, while slightly large, looked great. I liked how the dress kind of draped, skimming my body instead of clinging. The larger size was quite flattering.
I have other tennis dresses, but this is the first one I’ve owned that has this sort of asymmetrical ruffle on the skirt. It’s a nice little grace note, feminine without being frilly.
The zippered neck is great, I can unzip it to open up the neckline a bit. Being curvy up top, I find a bit of a scooped or slashed neck is a good look for me, as long as it isn’t cut too low.
This is a very comfortable dress to wear. I can stretch, reach, move all kinds of ways, and it doesn’t cut under my arms or across my belly or chest. The length is nice, I got an extra inch of length with the size up, and it’s still short, but a more flattering length for my legs.
The shorts are comfortable, too. The pockets are great, large enough for a tennis ball or a cell phone. They’re loose on me, but taking in the waist keeps them on me.
Now that I know how this fits on me, I think I may buy another one in white. I wasn’t sure if this is the kind of fabric that clings, white fabric that’s too tight is not a great look on me. But seeing how this drapes nicely, I’d love a white dress, too.
This looks like a much more expensive dress. At the current price ($33.99) it’s a nice bargain. This has a high end feel, the cut is great, the lines classic, and that asymmetrical ruffle is really cute.

My new fashion favorite are tennis dresses, and this one is just adorable. I love the fit, the style, “the high fashion chic” Vogue-ish look of this dress, and especially love the cute flirty double flounce details. The fact that this dress is a two piece is definitely a game changer for me. I also love the zipper detail so you can zip it up as high or low as you want, giving me that “fashion-forward” flexibility.
It breathes, it moves, it is a nice length (is not too short, not too long), and the shorts are a perfect match, to a tee. (See what I did there?) And did I mention that the shorts have nice-sized pockets, so you can carry everything you need when out on the course, or on an afternoon out on the town? Pockets are a must these days, so you always have a place to carry your phone and keys at least.
The material doesn’t really retain wrinkles, so it is a nice piece to bring along when traveling, since it will pack well. I have had the dress for about a month, and have already worn it 4 times, I love it so much! It washes well and dries quickly. It still retains it shape, color, style after these washings, and looks as good as the first day I got it. The sizing was also on point.
