Great value for a Smartwatch
I received my VERYFIT Smartwatch in two days after I ordered it, even though I was told it will take five days for delivery. If you are looking for an affordable smartwatch that has over 100 sports modes then look no further. This smartwatch has exceeded my expectations and has become an essential part of my daily routine. The design of the KEEPONFIT Smart-Watch is slick and makes it suitable for both men and women, and the customizable watch-faces add a personal touch and many of them are stylish. The build quality is good, and it feels comfortable on my wrist throughout the day, and even while sleeping, to monitor the sleep quality. The smartwatch accurately captures data, including heart rate, blood oxygen levels, stress, and sleep patterns. The intuitions provided by these metrics have been instrumental in optimizing my health. The battery life is great, lasting me 4 days without needing a recharge, while many of the functions are running in the background. The convenience of not constantly worrying about charging is a significant plus for me.BTW, the smartwatch is IP68 waterproof (IP stands for Ingress Protection, the first 6 means sealed against dust and the second number 8 means the watch can be under 1 meter of water without damage). This rating will allow me to wear the smartwatch during workouts, showers, and even while swimming. The toughness is good, and one should not have to worry about water damage. To put it briefly, the KEEPONFIT Smart-Watch is reliable, feature-packed device that seamlessly integrates into my lifestyle. It’s a good investment for people looking to stay on top of their fitness goals while enjoying the added benefits of a smartwatch. Five stars is merited!

Exceptional Smartwatch: High Quality, Full of Features, and Great Value!
I recently purchased this smartwatch, and it has exceeded all my expectations regarding quality, functionality, and value for money. Here’s why I believe it’s a fantastic buy:Build Quality: The first thing that impressed me was the build quality. The smartwatch feels sturdy and premium, with a sleek design that looks great on my wrist. The screen is sharp and vibrant, making it easy to read in both indoor and outdoor settings.Functionality: This smartwatch is packed with features that make it incredibly versatile. It seamlessly syncs with my smartphone, allowing me to receive notifications from my wrist. The fitness tracking capabilities are extensive, including heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and various workout modes.Features: The range of features is impressive. The battery life is another highlight; it easily lasts several days on a single charge, which is a huge plus for someone who doesn’t want to charge it every night.Value for Money: Given all these features and the high-quality build, the price point is incredibly reasonable. It offers everything you would expect from a high-end smartwatch at a fraction of the cost. I’ve compared it with other models in the market, and this one stands out as a true winner.Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you’re looking for a reliable, feature-rich, and affordable smartwatch, this is definitely the one to go for. Highly recommended!

Ok for baseline info
On the surface, this device looks to be something of quality and accuracy. My expectations were apparently higher than what is able to be delivered. Ok for generalized information, but not anything specific.tl:dr version: I had a different fitness tracker before this one that I returned within a day of receiving it. Seems it picked up a pulse while it sat on my desk, so correct functionality was apparently an afterthought in that modelThis one seems much better for what it offers and its cost. But it’s still not perfect.Pros:+ It has a large face (touchscreen) for easier viewing and less chance of activating the wrong icon.+ It’s lightweight and the strap is wide and comfortable (rubber). I sometimes forget it’s on.+ There are quite a few templates that can be applied to change the look and layout of the screen to your liking.+ Mobile app is straightforward. Although when you read the data descriptions, you can tell it was translated from Chinese to English poorly.+ Heartrate monitor is relatively accurate during normal daily activity.+ Has modes for nearly every type of activity. Activating a mode essentially keeps track of your vitals during that specific event. If you walk at one point during the day, then workout later, then walk some more, it will list all of those activities separately for the day so you can see calories burned, etc. to see which activity had the most effect.Cons:- Accuracy is lacking overall. For the sleep cycle, it lists my heartbeat at mostly 255 bpm. One night it was 180. Another night it was 1. Clearly, I’m alive to write this so, yeah…- Step count is ballpark good. One morning, from the bed to the bathroom, it apparently took me 68 steps to go 25 feet. And it will register a few steps when you drive. But I’m not sure if this is somewhat normal as I haven’t owned enough of these gadgets to judge effectively. It does ‘bing’ when it counts 10,000 steps. So if you normally sit most of your day, the bing tells you you’ve at least moved a lot more than normal. Just don’t get hung up on the actual number.- No website to view data on and print out reports, etc. Everything is done on the mobile device. Perhaps load the app on a tablet instead for better viewing and data review. If you’re elderly, or get this for an elderly person, this may be an issue.- Does ‘not’ use a typical USB charger/cord. Uses a funky mini magnetic charger. Lose that and you’re temporarily screwed. Replacement are all over Amazon though for between $5-10.It has a lot of other features, that honestly, don’t interest me. So I can’t review those here. I got it for the basics and I’m happy with using just those.Overall, it’s good for putting some numbers to your activities (or lack thereof). But is that number medically accurate? Probably not.

After some time I need to update the watch review. The watch is still just OK but the app has been updated and is now unusable if you don’t provide a lot of information it doesn’t really need. I cannot see what is happening to the watch – steps, BP, sleep without logging in – the watch still show this. When I first got the watch I didn’t need to log in. Perhaps some date selling is going on now? So now the watch will be thrown out. I said in the original review that the watch was large which made the face easy to see. But now I’m thinking that clunky would be a better description. The original review is below.Excellent value for money and with more useful features than many more expensive watches. I have found its various measurements to be accurate – heart rate compared to a cuff blood pressure device. The Alexa voice is surprisingly clear considering the size of the speaker and the microphone sensitive, so you don’t have to shout at the watch. Always embarrassing. I have found the strap comfortable to wear. Downsides? It is a big watch, so smaller people may not like this. However, the face is large and easy to read, so you can’t really have it both ways. A second problem was pairing the watch to my phone. The app said to look for the watch’s Bluetooth address, but it never appeared. What did show up was the watch name – ID Sport01 BT. But it still would not pair. I had to reset my Bluetooth on the phone and then the watch paired perfectly and has not dropped the connection. The pairing process could be easier and better explained. Apart from this niggle the watch has been one of my better purchases from Amazon.

I have use this smart watch for just over a week. Everything works as advertized. Easy to use, large watch face so it is easy to read all the data that is presented, and it all comes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I bought this as a step counter and sleep tracker. For this purpose it works great. The heartrate monitor is very accurate when its reading properly. I find that when I am on the treadmill it varies greatly however. Turning the watch face to the inside of my wrist helps sometimes. Also when im doing a treadmill workout there is no way to manually type incline so my workout metrics are way off.Overall I really like this watch, so much that I bought another for my wife so that we can compare our days and motivate each other. The app is pretty well built but there is a few english translation errors.

This wach is basically a Fitbit on steroids. It’s very stylish and full of practical health information. It will follow me on my weight loss journey. It’s supported by Veryfit, a very easy to use app. I was apprehensive about the size but the supple silicone watch band makes it very comfortable to wear. Overall, I really like the watch and it’s numerous features. It’s a serious contender in the segment.

I’m very happy with my new KEEPONFIT smart fitness watch. It has most of the things I need for my workout. The screen is big, 1.8″, which is very convenient to use and see all of my workout track with accuracy. The battery life is great, it can last up to 7 days on a single charge. Therefore, I highly recommend it to someone who wants to buy a smart fitness watch at a good price.
