Great traditional timer!
Easy to use. Just like the old fashioned ones. Must turn up to 55 minutes and then back to the desired minutes to start. Loud enough to hear. Accurate within 1 minute. Magnet is on the back. Looks great on my stainless steel refrigerator!

It’s magnetic, too!
I ordered this timer to replace yet one more digital timer that easily broke. I decided that I would go back to a manual wind-up timer that didn’t need batteries. This one works for the extra timer I sometimes need for different times for multiple items that I’m cooking or cooling at once. I was pleasantly surprised to find this timer is also magnetic…a plus for me since it can be placed at eye level on my refrigerator or magnetic bulletin board in the kitchen. I also use it to time my herbal baths and it adheres to my bathtub as well. It is super simple to use, the numbers are easy to read, and it matches well with all the stainless steel appliances in my kitchen. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the bell is not very loud and rings only once for less than 2 seconds, so you have to be near it to hear it. Most of the time I am, so if I’m going to be in another room and I need a timer that goes off louder or repeats itself, I will take it with me or use the timer on my microwave. I expect it will last a long time.
Side note: I have been a Vine member for almost a year and I give totally honest reviews. To earn 5 stars, the products I review have to be really well made, perform extremely well, and have a decent price point. I have no qualms coming back to revise my reviews if products fail to perform or turn out to be junk.

No batteries and stays put!

Ding, Ding, Ding!
Love this timer. No batteries, no crazy pushing of buttons and it stays put (magnetic). I don’t carry my phone around like most people, so having this timer handy while cooking is nice. Obviously, it isn’t accurate to the second, but for most things it is accurate enough. The bell is loud and easy to hear from across the room.
2 thumbs up for old school functionality!

Reliable and Convenient Timer for All Your Needs!
I love this Kitchen Timer for Cooking! One of its best features is that it never needs batteries, which is incredibly convenient. The timer has a very loud ringer, making it perfect for a variety of uses beyond cooking. I often use it to let my child know how much time is left for watching TV or finishing a meal before moving on to another activity.
The magnetic back ensures it’s always on the fridge, so everyone knows exactly where to find it. This timer has become an essential tool in our household.

Slightly possessed, but it works
This thing is slightly possessed and sometimes briefly rings before time is up, and the ring itself has a very grating sound. But, it certainly gets my attention, it’s not bad looking, stays put on the fridge and it needs no batteries. Sometimes the simplest solution is at least a decent one. One more thing – if you are looking just to measure a few minutes, this timer is not for you. The box indicates that the maximum timing error for this timer is within one minute. Up to one minute off 30 minutes is not necessarily a big deal, but up to one minute off two minutes is significant.

Simple and sleek looking cooking timer!
I really like the look and construction of this stainless steel timer. It is sleek and modern and works as advertised! The sound alert could be louder.

Wish it had seconds, but a great timer
This has been a lot of help for baking and hearing it across the house if I forget my phone. I do wish it had seconds on it, but it’s still a great functional timer. And I can just stick it to the fridge with the magnet, so I never lose it. Definitely a good pickup.

Old school timer
This is a mechanical old school wind up timer that does one job very well. It keep track of a selected time and rings a loud bell when it reaches zero.
The design is pleasingly modern and it has a slim profile. The case has magnets on the back to attach to a fridge or stove for stability.
One thing to be aware of is that you need to turn the dial all the way and then turn it back to the timer setting you want. It is easy to use!
Good little timer!
