smart watch Was a little skeptical about buying this smart watch because the price seemed so low, but so far I have to say i am very impressed. The screen is bright, and has more functions than the samsung this replaced. The Phone ap that it uses is excellent, clear and easy to use, and simple to pair with the phone.
Great budget smartwatch I wasn’t sure if I would like having a smart watch or not. So instead of dropping a thousand on a big name brand, I just got this budget one. Just to try it out for a while. I liked it so much I did end up eventually upgrading to a Pixel Watch 2.I was impressed with the battery life, lasting me about a whole week on a single charge with Always on Display turned off. And it only took a couple hours to get a full charge as well. The build is pretty durable and I didn’t feel the need to get it a screen protector or case of any kind.I used it daily for tracking steps while on the treadmill. It seemed pretty accurate to me but I did notice it doesn’t seem to have logic of when you reach to grab something. It tracks steps by detecting that your arm is swinging back and forth when you walk. But I would grab my water next to me and take a drink while I’m walking and it wouldn’t count the steps during the time I was drinking because my arm stopped moving as much. I didn’t think much of it until I got the Pixel Watch 2 and it DID keep track of steps in the same situation. Just a little nitpick I think could’ve been done better but otherwise the step count would be perfectly accurate. If you have a big enough strap to instead put it on your ankle when you walk it would be just fine. When it comes to notifications, I had some trouble setting it up with my Pixel 8 Pro. I eventually got it to display texts from my phone but it seemed buggy. Every text I got would pop up a notification on the watch TWICE. That got annoying pretty quick so I eventually disabled text notifications and just used the watch for step counting, alarms, and timers.Overall a really good budget watch. Definitely recommend. Especially good if you’re just curious about smart watches and want to take a first step into trying it out like I was.
Doesn’t record my whole night sleep Overall I really like the watch. It seems to be pretty accurate on blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen levels. I like to track my sleep but it hasn’t done a whole night for me yet. Seems to only go from 10 pm to 3 pm. I usually get up around 5-5:30 but that’s not included. Doesn’t measure REM sleep either. Otherwise it’s been a great watch
WILL NOT SYNC WITH APPS Installed and setup watch and now my phone apps like Samsung Health, Pacer, Google Fit, dont work at all. Won’t count steps at all in those apps. I want this Uninstalled and returned, don’t waste your money on this app or watch, also of note my virus software is warning me this app kumi software should not be installed. Very disapointed and my phone is now corrupted by this KUMIWEAR app
Immediately Impressed Just received my watch today in time to show off during the holidays, and I can say that I was immediately Impressed. Love it! Well worth the money.
One huge flaw Was loving this watch until I got my first notification on it. Most smart watches show texts on full screen making it easy and quick to read without needing to touch screen. But with this watch , you get a banner style notification on upper part of screen making you have to touch banner in order for text to appear on full screen. Not useful at all in my book
