Nice leather finish with strong sticky backing
Used this leather patch for my garage stool and a computer chair that was ripped. It worked great to quickly repair old vinyl. Just cut to size and stick it on. Super simple to use and will be using it on my lightsaber handle soon. There are many uses that this leather roll can cover. Great product. I will have to try out some of the other colors as well. Highly recommended product.

Stupid sticker on good product
1st the complaint. To keep the roll together the manufacturer puts a sticker on one side to attach it to the cardboard roll, on the other side it puts two stickers attaching it to itself. Those stickers are extremely difficult to get off, and in two cases I was unable to get it off and had to just cut several inches of material off and discard it. I spent more time trying to remove those stickers, then I did applying the material where I needed it. The stickers are completely unneeded, since the roll comes shrink wrapped.
The good. Other than the above mention problem, the material is easy to cut and apply. It is a good thickness and covers over soft areas well, I applied it to two of my foot rests that are in front of my couch.
The color is great, and so far I have had no issues with peeling or it tearing.
Merchant, package and shipped it out quickly. Received it within a week of me ordering it. The packaging was nice and neat. Again my only complaint are the silly stickers that the manufacturer puts on the vinyl to keep the roll from unraveling.

Though this looked better than the peeling fake leather, there were several problems. 1) the repair sticks up and looks bad 2) the color is close but obviously doesn’t match and 3) the patch started peeling off after only 2 months. I would not buy again.

Quick, easy, effective
Had some tears in the leather of the car so I covered them with this. It’s thin enought to form fit to all the seam creases, so it looks decent compared to a giant hole in the leather seat.
The console cover had hard curled edges on the holes, so it was painful to rest an arm there. Problem solved with a layer of this right over the top.
Not only does it look better, it FEELS better.

Easy fix for my massage chair
I have a massage chair that I have been using for almost two years, everything still working good except the leather starting to worn out because the movement of the massage roller underneath. Definitely an upgrade, but not perfect
Our storage ottomanâs arenât aging well – the lids in particular were flaking all over. I decided to give this product a try and itâs definitely been an upgrade, but itâs not perfect. I did my best to layer the corners well since the width of the material was just a little short, but itâs not completely secure and feels loose and the edges feel slightly sticky. I would absolutely recommend making sure itâs wider than the area you want to cover, because itâs VERY easy to trim and customize to size. The edge of the product is similar to duct tape, so I did my best to conceal that on the underside of the lids. Ultimately I might actually give them another layer with an extra large roll, then just cut the corners at an angle and fold them over each other (similar to making the corners of a bedsheet). I was also relieved that I didnât struggle with air bubbles or creases – the product went down nicely as long as I took my time sliding my hand over the top as I slowly peeled the backing off. I did try to âsetâ the adhesive by using a blow dryer, it helped with the corners a bit. I did this about a week ago and so far itâs holding up well.
Overall – Iâm glad I did this, it immediately revitalized the ottomans and gave them a second life.
