I’ve been searching for this exact style hoodie to replace one that I’ve had for years, that literally was falling apart and frankly disgusting (it was white). That being said it was my Bill Belichek hoodie, I chose it over everything for a couple reasons. The waffle knit was simple, thin (not too hot not too cold), soft but not velour soft (just regular waffle knit really….)… it had a normal hood, not a little b*tch hood or one that has the extra neck fabric or anything, and it had the standard pouch like pocket (not one with snaps or two individual pockets or anything just a damn flap of fabric. Incredibly simple design… however, I’ve been looking for years for just this something that had those simple features, and no matter what I searched or where I looked I couldn’t find it. I got close at one store, and in reality, yes it was waffle knit, it had a hood, etc, but would you believe that when they sent it there was no damn pouch. Who does that.anyway, I basically gave up until I saw this advertised one day. It is exactly what I needed it to be. I ordered 3 the first order, and just ordered another 3.It’s very good order it.Here are some, almost cons…I’m almost put off by how soft the waffle knit is, but it’s not too bad just softer than your standard long johns (none of that itchy material).It actually has a thin layer of insulation on the inside, which my original hoodie did not have, the same waffle on the outside is what was on the inside. This doesn’t have that, there’s fabric as a lining – that fabric does mean that I run slightly hotter in these than I am used to but that’s ok. It’s still something I can wear around the house and not overheat in.Lastly, it’s really unfortunate that they consider their biggest size to be XXL. Maybe it’s a double XL in T-Shirt sizes, but for sweaters / hoodies, in my opinion it’s at most a big Large or snug XL. I can wear the XXL as it is currently, but I’m concerned that when I wash it, it might become unusable unless I lose some LBs. I’m 6 foot 200 lbs.Anyway this is the only place I’ve found these and if you have been looking for something similar, pull the trigger, I hope they don’t disappear anytime soon and would love if they made it just a tad larger to account for shrinkage.

Gave this as a gift for my nephew with special needs. He is very picky and he loves this. It will be perfect year round, it’s soft and really nice looking.

I love this shirt! It’s very comfortable and looks great. I got an XL and everything about the fit works well, in particular the shoulder width is just right, and the body has a nice rectangular shape that doesn’t get bulky in the midsection. It’s a flattering look overall. The pocket in the front is also extremely spacious inside, but not bulky on the outside.I wasn’t sure about the waffle knit pattern when I ordered it, but in person it’s a great detail. It really solidifies this as more premium than a standard sweatshirt hoodie. I usually wear zip-up hoodies but this pullover provides a nice alternative that is a little more upscale.The fabric seems very durable and is nicely stretchy. It’s thinner than your average sweatshirt and seems like it will breathe nicely. I usually wear this over top of another shirt, which could be a lighter or heavier one, and it adds warmth but not too much, so I can see myself wearing this for perhaps 7 months out of the year (in Southern California), or like a light jacket on cooler summer nights. It also is comfortable enough to wear without another shirt underneath.I am very happy with this and would consider getting more.
