This thing is AWESOME! It cuts everything up like a beast. I make smoothies and some veggies are frozen and some I dethaw before I blend so a mix of frozen and soft all in the blender and due to this fact I blend it twice. First I throw my spices in, frozen veggies/fruits then dethawed veggies and it just figures it out and blends then stops, blends then stops, blends and stops 😀 because it feels the frozen stuff on the bottom so it stops for a second or two so the frozen stuff falls back down in the blender then repeats. Love it. But I noticed my spinach wasn’t being cut up as much as I like so now I blend it 2 times and perfect. It is extremely easy to clean just spray it down. The blade section does come out for easy cleaning too. Compared to my old blender (20 yrs old but still looks new) this thing is so much quicker and user friendly. I am absolutely in love with it and I am not wasting a lot of my time like I did with the old blender. I can make 2.5 days of smoothies in 15 minutes … 4 of those minutes is blending the rest is me getting everything I need out to throw in it. The size is great! With my old blender I had to make 2 blender size of it to get 2.5 days of smoothies now I just throw everything in and get it done in no time. Big difference from 1 hour+ to 15 minutes. Also it does have suction cups on the bottom of the blender so I can literally throw everything in it and walk away to prepare the next step in my routine for the smoothies. With my old blender I would throw a dish towel in front of the blender under the footers to stop it from moving forward which was annoying and just another step. This is just the best blender ever. Love it and would buy again and again so highly recommended. Just keep in mind if you are blending a mix of frozen and fresh/dethawed stuff .. make sure you throw in the frozen stuff first to blend properly or you’ll have some frozen berries or whatever left at the top so frozen first and you’ll be all good. Amazing blender system!
 Our old Ninja Nutri Pro cup blender blade was sounding rough (bearing was going). We were looking for a replacement blade as we use it multiple times a week. But, our other-brand blender and a food processor were also getting old and worn. So instead, we opted to buy this all in one Ninja system to replace all three appliances. Loving it so far! Is it loud? yes! But no more than our old blender and food processor. But it has so much more power, and the BlendSense feature is next-level smooth. For those of you wondering if it’s compatible with your Nutri Pro TB400 cups, the answer is Yes! Both the cup and lid will work. The blade assembly is different (male versus female fitting), so that part will not work. My one complaint are the suction cups at the bottom of the base. I get why they’re there, but once stuck to our counter or the bottom of our our kitchen cabinet, it’s too difficult to unstick them because they are circular, and don’t stick out the bottom edges. An option would be a redesign of the suction cup to add a small tab to allow you to lift the suction cups to break the seal. My workaround when making smoothies is to use a non-slip mat to prevent sticking. I would not use the mat when making dough or blending heavy items, as I’m sure it would cause the base to wobble.

My wife and I have made several fruit and green smoothies, using the individual cups that sit on this Ninja and whiz up ice and any fruit or veggies you care to toss in. Liquifies the whole thing wonderfully.
My trusty old Blend-Tec finally croaked after a little south of 10 years, so after some research, bought this top-of-the-line Ninja. With 1800 watts of power, it beats the Blend-Tec. I love the way this one automatically senses how much power is needed while blending and adjusts to fit the load. Also, it notifies you if you need more liquid in the container.
Looking forward to many years of great blending with this big old machine. If you need a new super-blender, then along with Blend-Tec and Vitamix, give a serious look at what this one has to offer. Methinks you’ll be impressed with what Ninja can do for ya.
