It does not work, won’t charge batteries
It’s a simple plug and play solar charger but it won’t work. I called to get a replacement and they wanted me to run an all kinds of diagnostics on it when it’s a simple plug and play charger. I asked for a replacement thinking it might just be a bad one I received but they declined the request.

This is the second panel that didn’t work. The charge controller works fine with my 20 watt panel.The 10 watt panel makes no voltage at all, so i returned it for a new one.And now the new 10 watt doesn’t work as well. Must be a bed production run as my 20 watt works great.I will be returning for a refund.
