Love the color, price and variety of items included. I recently began a diet and am deciding what type of exercise is right for me. I have a bad back so I have to be careful. I purchased this set hoping it would give me added resistance I needed while doing chair exercises. Itâs simple to attach and change the different pieces to how you are using them. Stores in its own convenient storage bag. Multiple ways to use which allows my husband and I to share y the one set. This set is awesome!! Easy to assemble and even travel with. The bands are perfect! I use the enclosed guide for workouts sometimes bit mainly follow youtube videos.

 I have used this a few times and really enjoy it! I am glad it came with a list of workout ideas or I would have done the same 4 things over and over. The elastic tubes are very strong and durable. The door attachment works really well, my husband even tried it and it didnât budge! Would be great for small spaces and to take traveling. I do with the storage bag was bigger, it doesnât close very well when everything is in it.

Itâs would be great if I was taller
The instructions are easy to understand no problem there. Easy to assemble but the proportions and lengths are all off. I stand at 5 foot so these things are too long so Iâm not getting the full impact of the resistance. Itâs OK. I really wish that this was more adjustability for length of arms and legs for height differences but itâs pretty standard at best.
