Fantastic, lightweight, and lots of pockets!
I love these shorts and will be buying more in different colors. I bought the 7″ inseam. I love the pockets! My Samsung S21 fits easily in the top pocket. All 4 pockets have zipper closures. These fit well, are lightweight, and dry fast. The material is slightly stretchy, and is very comfortable to wear walking or hiking. So far, no chafing! These are now my go-to shorts for the summer.

Great shorts for hiking and everyday wear
These are nice lightweight shorts that are just the right length for hiking and everyday wear. The material is super soft feeling and the zippered pockets are great. I will definitely purchase another pair in a different color

Comfortable, but a little thin.
These are cute and comfortable. I volunteer at a zoo and these keep me cool. I would recommend wearing skin tone undies or they might show through. Otherwise, great pockets and fairly durable. I can climb over livestock fences with no problem. They even have a little stretch.

Great pockets!
I purchased these for travel and love all the pockets, especially the zipper closure. The cargo pockets have a velcro tab for closure. The material is lightweight and will be quick to dry.
I ordered 5 inch inseam… it is closer to 6 inches and perfect for me. My waist is 36 inches & large is quite comfortable. I wish the drawstring was on the inside. It is removable.
I also ordered the 5 pack from Liberty Imports, comparison in the photos… both are “black”. The Satiny brand is true to color and easy to fit your hand into the pockets.

Love the pockets, but arrived as a horrible, crumpled mess.
I found these shorts to be very easy to pack and just the thing to wear over a bathing suit for kayaking. I ordered them in two sizes. One arrive okay, despite being folded in a 5 x 5 inch package. The other pair were horribly wrinkled– a crumpled mess. Since the wrinkled ones were the size I wanted, I decided to try to work with these. First, I washed them and hung them to dry–no difference in the wrinkling. I decided to iron them on a low silk-setting (despite the fact that the instructions say “no iron’). This seemed to work and they were fine after packing in a suitcase. After I wore them several times and washed them again, and hung them to dry they seemed to be wearable with an acceptable amount of wrinkling for outdoor wear.

Fabulous shorts…and the crease folds can be eliminated
I loved these shorts so much that I ordered two more pairs in other colors (all matching the on-screen shades perfectly).  They are lightweight and cooler to wear than my other shorts that are mostly cotton, linen and jersey.  But the key to my appreciation is how they fit and move. I’m 5’4″ at 140 pounds; in other words, I don’t have model-thin legs. When I’ve tried this kind of material before, the legs tended to wad up when I walked and the shorts seemed to somewhat bunch up. They just didn’t hang well.  These shorts act as if the material is much heavier and are, thus, more flattering.
The only difficulty I faced was eliminating the folds and wrinkles from having spent considerable time packed in small bags.  I washed them and dried them on a wrinkle-release setting.  No help with the folds. My theory is that the firmness of this material (that makes them hang so well) causes them not to let go of the creases.
Despite the fact that the labels say not to iron, I chose to take a risk…which I’m happy to report led to no damage. Here’s what I did: I soaked the shorts to get them thoroughly wet, then put them in the dryer long enough so that they were just damp. I ironed them lightly with medium heat, just long enough to eliminate the folds (which happened quickly).  The even better is news is that after addressing these serious fold creases initially, I haven’t needed to iron the shorts after subsequent washes.  I’ve found that they do great if I let them hang dry right out of the wash or if I retrieve them immediately when the dryer shuts off.

Great Shorts
I’m 5’7″ and weigh 135-140 pounds; a medium fits comfortably. These comfortable, quick-dry shorts have an elastic waist with a drawstring, so they can be adjusted for your waist size. There are four zippered pockets, one on the side of each leg, as well as two zippered slash pockets just below the waistband. Each zipper has a pull on the tab that sticks out a bit, but the pulls work well for older hands.
I’ve used the shorts for everyday wear, as well as for hiking, because the zippered pockets allow me to keep my belongings secure. I keep my iPhone 15 Pro in one of the leg pockets. It’s a tight fit, but I can still zip the pocket closed.
The washing instructions recommend a cold water wash and hanging the shorts to dry. They do dry quickly (the waistband takes a little longer), and I’ve also machine dried them on low heat without any damage or shrinking.
