Amazing battery life, good phone for kids/elderly
So for a budget friendly phone this phone is decent, it is rugged, has a big screen for videos , has good battery life , I’ve been using this phone for 4 days on T-Mobile , while it’s not the best at gaming it can still run Pokemon go , which is really demanding most low budget phones can’t even open it let alone run it . This phone is perfect for kids , elderly it’s layout is really easy has big font for time and the layout is simple and clean , it has a notification light which I miss on phones , a headphone jack , and the flashlight is bright for night time use

Great but for one thing
This is a good little phone with great battery life. I put it on the AT&T network easily and it works well with no dropped calls. What sucks is the fingerprint reader and face recognition. It works maybe 1 out of 10 times. Face recognition does not work about the same percentage.Still gonna keep it until it breaks.

Very nice budget phone
For a budget phone it has a lot of nice features. I like the large screen that has pretty good resolution. It has plenty of memory to run apps and plenty of storage space that’s also expandable. The camera does a decent job at taking photos the AI feature really helps. I like that it has a large battery I was able to make it through the day and still have plenty of battery left over. One thing that I really like too is the different colored LEDs on the front of the phone that tell you whether the phone is charging, charged or there’s a notification. I also like the fact that it’s running Android 13. It’s advertised as a rugged phone and it has plenty of protection around the outer edges but I’d like to see more protection on the back of the phone.

Doesn’t work properly
Great looking phone.I was scared when purchasing because of the reviews. But I purchased because of the price, my hubby wanted another rugged phone and it specifically says it is compatible with Verizon wireless network. It is compatible. It is NOT FUNCTIONAL! It started off great transferring apps and such. But Phone makes calls SOMETIMES and sends messages sometimes. Phone receives my calls only sometimes. It will not receive any messages.. all in all. Trust your gut. Go with a brand you already know. Because this is not it.

Great Value! Would Recommend
Received the Umidigi Bison X20 quickly from Amazon. Very large display and great graphics. I’m able to play all my games and runs them quickly. I had no problem transferring data and apps from my old phone through Google. Was able to add a micro SD card for a lots more storage. Phone is heavy duty and will give me through any encounters.

works with AT&T
After installing the SIM card, I got a text from AT&T warning me that this phone won’t work on their network. However, the phone works just fine on their network. It’s a budget phone with some high-end features. If the specs meet your needs, you’ll be satisfied, if not, spend more for a better phone.

Beautiful and powerful
This phone definitely has the battery power to last you all day and it’s responsiveness is great. For a 180 dollar phone I was not expecting this much of a great phone. Having the 6gb ram is a great choice because most cheap Motorola phones around this price range are lacking on speed because they don’t have enough ram to keep up. Smart decision to add 6gb of RAM

Beware minimum style rugged phone
I got this to test out and it’s, very, bare, essentially it is a rugged phone, has the rugged essentials apps and has the built in case as well as a free screen protector but that’s it, the phone itself is nasty little self contained android, almost and android go variant, with ads built into the ui so I hope you like seeing ads when you open your dock or multi-task. Overall it works fine as a phone in it’s price range and has the minimum features but it’s fine, just intrusive.

This is my second Umidigi Bison. My first one was the very first model which came out a few years back.As usual, I was pleased to find the phone well packaged, with a wall plug AND a charging wire. The pre-installed screen protector is a great touch, as most companies do not give you a screen protector and/or wall plug. The phone fits great in the hands, and seems solid.Setting up the phone was really easy, as was transferring files and settings from my old phone. The screen is clear had fresh. The images are of great quality. The touchscreen works just fine, no dead spots or delays. All the apps I have work great. The phone runs games and streaming with no problem or lag.It is much quicker than my First Generation Bison.Android 13 takes a little bit of getting used to, but that is a ME problem.Call quality is excellent, VoLTE and VoWIFI work great. VoWIFI is a great touch, since you get a clear call if you have good wifi wherever you are.The speaker is fine, sound quality is good.Battery life is very surprisingly good. I can go 2 days of normal use without charging it.My main problem with UMIDIGI phones in the PAST was the verry wonky and poor GPS.The Bison x20 has a very good and responsive GPS. It always tells me correctly where I am, and is very precise.Connection with Android Auto is easy and there are no interruptions. I lovethat Android 13 does not require a wired connection. My only problem, and I have tried MANY fixes is that sometimes notifications come in late on the MESSENGER app. This is minor and not a big issue for me.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my Bison X20. Of course, do not try to compare this with a big brand Flagship phone, but for the usage I need it by far exceeds my expectations.Wouls definately recommend!(photos coming shortly )

I bought this as my disabled daughter smashed my last two phones. This one pretty much has a built in case and is really sturdy. It already has a screen protector too. The camera is fine, not the most amazing but for the money, every spec is really good including the memory, battery and ram. It also has NFC, and multiple shortcut buttons. There really is nothing more I could look for in a phone, hopefully this one will be unbreakable.
