Itâs practical and reliable
Â I love my peddle exerciser. It doesnât feel like my legs are working. Even though they really are. I use it throughout the day. For about 20-30 minutes at a time. I also love that it folds up. Making it portable if needed. Such a great low impact way to strengthen my legs. And stay active. Even on super busy days. When I have a tight schedule. Itâs become my go to. Exactly what I needed.

Not easy
This bike is not ideal for a rolling desk chair. It slides the chair back away from the desk and the bike itself slides. Pedals are awkward not a smooth rotation.
