The only frames I buy now
Iâve bought these frames in various sizes for all my art prints, for a current total of 16 hanging up right now and a few stashed away for future needs. Theyâre just really good frames and a great price. And the bulk pack is super nice. The fasteners on the back are easy to use but also sturdy and remain in place. Iâve never received any with damage. Each frame is usually individually wrapped in plastic, then all five are held in a cardboard sleeve and plastic wrapped together. And each pack comes with enough wall hangers for each frame. However, I donât usually use those hangers – the hooks are fine, but they use four small nails to attach to the wall, which a) is a lot of holes for one hook, and b) sort of difficult to remove from the wall when I need to move stuff around. So I normally use my own wall hangers. But the frames themselves are great and Iâd definitely recommend

Great low-cost option for framing
I love these frames! I don’t normally write product reviews but these were game changers for me, so I’d like to offer my thoughts in case anyone else frames often and is seeking a good quality, affordable option.
I tried these out as framing options for my digital art. They are very sturdy and well-made for the price – much better constructed than something you’d find at Michaels in a similar price-range. If you just want a cheap, quick framing option, these are perfect, at least for me. The hardware in back are all good quality. There are two sawtooth hangers that let you hang the piece in either orientation.
They do NOT have glass – instead they use an acrylic sheet with film on either side that you peel off before setting into the frame. This keeps the cost low, but it also makes the frames MUCH lighter. This can be an advantage for several reasons – easier and possibly safer to hang, potentially easier or cheaper to ship, won’t shatter if dropped, etc.
I’m not sure how easy the acrylic might be to scratch (I was very careful when I was peeling off the films and setting into the frames, just in case.) I was also very careful to not touch the acrylic with my fingers if I could help it, in case it left fingerprints that were difficult to wipe away. However, these are normal things you probably already do when working with frames.
Other great pros:
1. Zero or very little plastic residue from the frames (shavings, dust, etc.) Plastic frames will often have this, but these were very clean.
2. Sturdily attached corners, no gaps at the edges. Other “flimsy” frames usually will break, chip, or separate here.
3. No warping that I can see anywhere. Clean, straight edges all around.
4. Simple smooth finish, sort of in-between glossy and matte. I ordered black frames, but these do come in several colors, which is awesome.
5. Last but not least, these come in 8.5″x14″, which is a pretty non-standard and often difficult to find size! I REALLY appreciate this, as it’s what I use for a specific series of art that I create. (Note: FYI, I’m pretty sure not all colors are available in this size – only black.)
Possible cons:
1. The acrylic doesn’t offer any glare resistance as far as I can tell. So depending on where you hang the art, that might be something to consider. That said, they don’t appear to have any more glare than an average piece of untreated/gallery glass.
2. Doesn’t have a table-stand in back, so you’re limited to hanging on the wall only.
Bottom line: If you just want a very cheap frame for general purposes, or perhaps you are an artist or vendor that frames LOTS of prints or art pieces, these are an excellent low-cost option. I can buy a few packs of these and frame an entire series for a gallery showing, and everything looks perfectly fine AND weighs less to transport. I sincerely hope these frames stick around for good.

Nice, inexpensive frames
The simple, low-profile frames work well and the matting adds a nice touch.

Perfect for the priceâ¦
These are great! I wanted to hang black-and-white art in my office, and these black frames with white mats are exactly what I was looking for. The mats are more like thick poster board, rather than traditional mat material, but you really canât tell even from close up. The frames themselves are pretty sturdy but lightweight. It was easy to get the artwork inside and hung on the wall. You can hang vertically or horizontally. A few (minor) CONS (to me): the plastic âglassââ¦I thought it would be more like plexiglass, but itâs thin and flimsy. I wouldnât even mind that so much except they get staticky, so make sure you have a clean surface to work on (carpet lint and dust will stick). I wouldnât even mind that so much except itâs also soooooo glossy. The glare is terrible. Oh well. Overall Iâm happy. Nice, cheap update to my office 🙂

Amazing for the price
A cheaper priced frame that looks great. This is one of those items I hope stays around this price range. Lightweight at 1.03 lbs per frame and fairly sturdy its a great buy. The Plexiglas on it is very clear and almost enhances the pictures instead of distracting from them. If I need any more frames this is where ill go easily!mJust hope the pricing stays the same.

Photo Finished
These frames upgrade your photos. Looks professional. The frames are made well and sturdy. I had a hard time opening and still canât remove sticker on outside. But once I figured it out I was on a roll. Not as delicate as I thought. Looks beautiful, great price, received timely and intact.

Good frames for the price
I ordered a pack of these to frame prints of some of my orginal paintings. My plan is to showcase and sell them at an art show next week. One of the plexiglass sheets came damaged, which normally would prompt me to return, but I’m using the frame anyway and throwing out the plexiglass because one original canvas painting fits perfectly in it so it’s works. For the price, you can’t beat this pack, but they are in no way heavy (this is a plus for me as I I tend to hang them from a tent covered in lattice), and I don’t see them lasting the test of time. I think they are perfect for a kids room, the college dorm dweller or young renter whose packing up every so often and just starting out. In fact, I think my framed prints of a Taylor Swift portrait will be a top seller at my art show to this demographic! There is a cover you must peel off from BOTH sides of the plexiglass that reveals a crystal clear view, and the backs are easy to put back in and feel snug and tight. I’m not sure exactly how to use the hardware to hang these but I think I’ll be able to figure it out.

Apesar de que son de plástico, son estéticamente muy lindos y le da un toque moderno a mis acuarela. Excelente compra.

All the frames, group or individual, I’m using are black, so this was a great find. Good quality (so far), good price, and classic. A thumb tack would hold these up but I’d be leery using anything lighter to attach them to the wall. Easy to open and change photos. I found them to be good price for what you are getting.
