 These have good weights and great blades so they look great and do the great job so I had ordered extras because I don’t want to run out of these I’ll write this much better than plain stainless steel but the carbon blades apparently are not as long lasting but we go through blades like crazy anyways so it doesn’t matter.Although carbon blades are supposed to be much sharper

I’ve been using Harbor Freight and HomeDepot $0.50 disposable knives like this for years because I’m fine paying another 50 cents every time I use all the snap off blade segments, but these are WAAAY better quality and smooth to extend/retract unlike those cheap ones that get stuck and often have to be wiggled to operate. I didn’t realize that these have an aluminum body with steel front end so they are far more sturdy and long-lasting than any all-plastic versions I was using before. The back end can be removed to change blades, and it stays on better than the cheap-o ones too, of course. I also bought a 50pk of 30 degree blades for $15 so I’m set for about 5 years at the rate I go through these blades. and it only cost me $25 total. Anyone who is using the cheap all-plastic ones, switch to these ASAP because it is totally worth the upgrade!

Outstanding
Outstanding little knives. I am very happy with these guys. They are very nice in the hand, easy to open and close and very useful. I snapped off a dull blade today to get a sharp one and it was not difficult like some of the others that I have used. Highly recommend.

Versatile and Everyday Use
I’ve always been buying utility knives for years for opening & cutting boxes, crafts, every day use, and many more. But these Workpro Utility knife has become my favorite. Not only is it made with great quality, it is extremely lightweight compared to other. I always have one nearby whenever I need it. The carbon steel blades with the 30° angle tip made it so much more versatile. Its a utility knife with the X-acto blade tip combination. Even for it’s size at 9mm, it cuts through the thickness cardboard with ease, better than my 18mm snap off blades. I love these Workpro knives. Despite having multitudes of snap off 9mm utility knives from Home Depot, I am glad that I got these. It’s worth every penny.

Sharp; Inexpensive; Not the Highest Quality
These blades will definitely get most jobs accomplished. However, I have found the blades to be, while on the one hand shard, on the other they are not very strong. If you give too much extra blade, bends easier than X-Acto blades, for instance. Once you get use to them, work fine for my needs.Probably would try another brand next time just to compare.

High quality!
I work with blades regularly at work and long story short, the blade is hard and steady. I love the way the locking mechanism works! I never get cut or have a slipped blade. I especially love how steep the point is. I can do my job well using this blade. A lot of thought went into this craftsmanship! Thank you!
