Nice little lights! These were super easy to put together, super easy to get set up, and super easy to put into use. Just put the poles on the lamps (and you have two different heights of poles to choose from, so if you need a light in a higher position, no worries), turn the lamps on, set them in place outside, and, when it gets dark enough, they turn on. Couldn’t be easier! They make a decent amount of light, too! Definitely enough to light up any walk-way. And they stay lit for several hours. There have been a LOT of storms lately, and with my previous lights they would fog or get fill with rain water, these do NOT. It’s nice not to have to drill my own holes for drainage. Simple summary, great lights, especially for the price!
Nice pathway lights With summer here, we’ve been trying to make our yard a little nicer, and I though some pathway lights like these would add a nice touch. The prior owner had some solar lights that, honestly, were POS. They were rickety and gave off about as much light as a firefly–basically they were totally underwhelming, so when I ordered these, I braced myself to be disappointed. When these lights arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. Sure, these are all plastic, but they feel like a quality, heavier duty plastic. The design is very nice–classic, clean-lined and fairly simple but not plain. They would look good installed next to a modern home as much as next to a more traditional style home. The light output is good–honestly you don’t want these too bright. And unlike some lights, the color temperature of the light is nice and warm, not a cold/blue color. One thing to note is that the top of the light lift’s off; this portion of the light contains the solar panel for charging the light, the batteries, and the light “bulb” itself. On the underside of this part that lifts out is a switch for you to be able to turn the light on.One thing I don’t love is that the clear portion of the light has a couple holes at the bottom of it. I’m sure that’s to allow any water or moisture that gets in (since it’s not a sealed unit–the top lifts out per my note above) can drain back out. But that also means that small flies, etc. can get it when they are attracted to the light. It’s not the end of the world since you can lift the top off and blow it out, but that’s a bit of a faff. I imagine once a season I’ll have to pull them out and rinse/wash the clear part with a bottle brush.Overall, I think the quality is good, the price is fair and the look is very nice. Only time will tell how these hold up, but I’m cautiously optimistic at this point.
Very nice These are gorgeous, easy to set up, and shine bright like a diamond!! They are one of my favorites so far. They are adjustable and well made. They look elegant but can fit into any type of space you place them.
Handsome and Easy to Install I know have TOO MANY solar lights installed in my backyard, but I have a fever, and the only cure is more lights.Iâm impressed with the battery life, quality and appearance of these lights. They are a big help when I need to take my dog out at night. The warm light is soothing and what I love to see.
Very bright, convenient, and affordable solar 8-pack Astounding deal on an 8-pack no matter how you look at it. Bright, attractive and doing a great job so far of lighting up the garden beds out front every single night. They get full sun almost all afternoon which seems to be plenty to power them throughout the night. I urge you to take the cautions listed on the box with seriousness. Don’t attempt to pound them into hard dirt. I happened to put mine in not long after a rare but significant rainfall and so it was pretty easy. I also only used one extension piece on the lights closest to the sidewalk so as to better light the sidewalk and then used the two extension pieces on the other six lights so you can stagger them that way. I have been very pleased with them and definitely recommend them.
Nice looking set of solar lights. This is a nice modern looking set of solar path lights, they have a clean simple design and cast nice even light.Pros:⢠Decently priced for the number of lights.⢠Attractive.⢠Easy to set up and instal.⢠Comes with extra length extensions for a taller light.⢠Nice warm yellow light.⢠The âbulbsâ look like Edison tube lights.Cons:⢠They are mostly Plastic.⢠The tops, which are removable to access the on off switch, just kind of set down into the clear light cover, they do not lock into place, so I they can easily just fall of if the light gets bumped to hard or knocked over ( which happens to all us big dog owners)⢠They are very not bright.⢠The side seams on the clear light cover, cause a large shadow area on either side of the light.⢠None of the extension parts or spike bottoms lock into place.
Like these a lot – already bought a second set I really like the look of these solar pathway lights. I ordered a set of 8 to replace an older set that had gotten very worn out, and liked them so much, I already purchased a second set to use in my backyard. They took almost no time at all out in the sun to fully charge. They were very easy to assemble as you just snap the legs in place (there are 3 pieces, so if you want them shorter, you could use only 2). The light assembly was easy as well. They are lightweight with a sturdy plastic, but they look like glass so they have a nice aesthetic. The light is very bright at night, and I like that they have an auto on feature once it gets dark, and auto on once the sun comes back up again.
