Be sure to pay attention to the “folding back up” instructions or you will be at a loss! Lol.Difficult to know intuitively how to do that, so you will need to watch the video for that and then practice a few times so that you wont forget how when the time comes. Thats my fear because I will only be using this a handful of times each year.I bought it to sleep out on the boat which I do on occasion. On the boat, I sleep well except for the bugs that land on me and wake me up, so this will hopefully let me rest through the night without bug bites or disturbances. Its a tight fit of the camping mat to this tent because the shapes mismatch. All of my camping mats are rectangular, with squared off edges and this is round.. so the fit at the ends is odd, but works. No problem there. Just pay attention to the measurements on amazon to be sure your particular camping mats width and length will fit inside. Despite the mismatch shapes, the camping pad just bends a bit at the edges and still works fine. If someone were inside with a sleeping bag, this would be a perfect shape absolutely!Great idea.Its awesome to sleep out in nature, with full view, and full experience minus the hassle of mosquitoes!

what’s with product dimensions?
The product dimensions were pretty much comparing factor before ordering this tent,but they seem to be misleading. It says 100″L x 40″W x 35″H. This is more like tent itself not packaged dimension. So I found it to be smaller when I actually received. A little disappointed at first. I am 5 ft 9 in and 180 lbs. Not much room to wiggle around.And the folding instruction that came with it is not really clear on the first part of folding. The video is better. There are some good sides to this tent. The tent pops up not so fast which is good , no surprise there. The mesh net seems good quality. And it is portable. Because I plan to use this at home as well as outside at camping, I decided to keep it. As this small tent seemed to have been designed to be used at camping considering its portability, a tarp should be a part of the package.Without it, it seems little overpriced.I will not buy again in the future or recommend to others. Sandsbug is much more comfy.

Great little tent for keeping bugs off while you sleep or lay down to read, etc. Unless you are in a dry climate probably not great for sleeping outside as even dew is going to get you wet. But if you have an awning or something you want to sleep under or a rustic cabin the bugs get into this is great. Mine is currently residing on a hammock in our shady yard that is mosquito plagued.

 This tent slapped me in the face when I opened it (see video), needless to say it does open up very quick! I guess you can say we have a complicated friendship.😝 I ordered this for myself because I LOVE the outdoors, but my kids have suddenly expressed some interest in using it in our backyard. I found this quite surprising since they spend a lot of time playing video games. But hey, whatever gets the kids outside is fine by me and every summer we setup outdoor movie nights and this will provide excellent protection from the bugs. ✅WHAT I LIKE: ▪️The setup is as advertised. The video I submitted to Amazon shows just how abrupt this tent opens up. Not only does it take a few seconds but this also means it is super easy. ▪️ It comes in a wonderful carrying case. Plus the tent fits perfectly into the case once it has been used. It is not like some tents where you cannot get it back into it’s original bag. ▪️Very lightweight. You will need to peg it down because it can easily blow away. ▪️Comes with pegs. ▪️It fits a 6 foot person comfortably. ▪️Would make a nice little shelter for a hiker to have a rest away from the mosquitos. ❌WHAT I DON’T LIKE: ▪️There are instructions included that tell users how to open it. However, there is no warning indicating how you should NOT open it. I know that may sound silly, but as I was taking off the elastic belt that holds it together, I had no time to move out of it’s path or throw it out in front and away from my body; like I had planned to do. It opened without warning. I’ve never owned anything like this before and I feel like there should be some sort of warning since I figured the way I was doing it would be fine. it literally hit me in the face as it sprung open. Admittedly it was funny at the time because it scared the *bleep out of me. Luckily I was wearing sunglasses which likely protected my eyes. This could potentially have some danger even though it did not hurt me personally. It is important to make sure other bystanders like children and pets are not close by when opening. It would send your woodland squirrel friends flying!😝 ▪️I really wish they sold the cot to go with the tent. It would be nice to make this a one stop shop and have the opportunity to purchase the correct size cot that is guaranteed to fit this tent. I’ll have to venture out into the Amazon universe and hope that I can find something before summer. ▪️My son wishes it was a bit taller so that he could comfortably sit up straight in it. His head touches the roof and he said he’d like to be able to enjoy eating snacks in it while watching our outdoor movies in the summer on the projector. ▪️A fly included would have been awesome since my son LOVES the rain. For the price of this tent, I would’ve expected a fly to come with it. ▪️Folding it back into the bag is tricky at first, but once you figure it out it becomes easy. It feels like the poles inside will snap when your twisting them into the shape of the number eight. It even makes some uncomfortable sounds, but we followed the instructions and managed to figure it out. I do have concerns about the poles breaking over time, but so far so good. 🦋OVERALL:Despite getting smacked in the face, the tent is pretty cool. My son enjoyed it and seems pretty excited to use it when the weather gets warmer. He has expressed interest in sleeping under the stars in the backyard and of course I thought that was a fun idea for sure when the ground warms up. I do feel it would be best on top of a cot as the product listing suggests we could do, so purchasing one that fits this tent may be in my future from Amazon. At this time, I would recommend this little tent but please be careful when opening.

Now this is how you get away from it all. Just you, yourself, and a sky full of stars. It folds up so easily and you can pack it in minimal space. Very lightweight. Can be used on the ground or on an elevated cot, though that’s not included. There’s not a lot of wasted space but there is more than enough of it. I can be prone to claustrophobia but not only did I feel it was long enough and wide enough, it’s the headspace that really gives you a sense of freedom. With just a screen between you and your surroundings, you’ll probably feel far less crowded than in almost any other circumstance. Not only is the view delightful, it has great air flow, letting you enjoy the summer breeze without getting feasted on my bugs.
