Worth every Dime
I love being able to charge my batteries using solar. just remember, it only charges when in sunlight. it will not charge when dark. not a big issue in my mind.

Solar aaa / aa battery charger
This product looks great! It is a very updated model compared to my old one. Can tell from the great quality that it is going to work wonderfully… However, I have not used it yet as I did not purchase the batteries yet, the quality, the design Looks terrific

Good charger, but…
This is a good charger with one slight flaw. When I first used it and tried to load four AAA sized batteries into their compartments, the spring that supposed to touch the negative end of the battery is thick and rather of heavy-duty thickness and it was very difficult to load the battery/push the battery and spring downwards. I ended up getting a butter knife to shoehorn the battery in via the positive end of the battery. I imagine the springs will be somewhat “broken in” by repetitive use and this problem will go away, but only time will tell as I have only used this twice within the first week of owning it. Other than this, it is a good charger. Big light clearly tells you it is charging, and another light lets you know when it is complete. The carrying handle doubles as a stand that you can adjust the angle to use the sun to the maximum usage when charging. I highly recommend this charger.

Disappointing, will likely return
I liked the fact that it had room for several batteries, as well as the option to charge 9 volt battery; however, the unit might not work as well as I thought it would. I am going to reread the instructions and see if I didn’t misunderstand them. If not, I’ve gotten a return label, and if (after trying a different set of the same rechargeable batteries, bought from another place, that can only be recharged by solar means, and not in a conventional recharger, according to what I’ve read) it still doesn’t work, I’ll use the emailed label I received from Amazon and return it. Would have been nice to use, but if it doesn’t work (for me) I’m out the batteries I bought as well [since it’s not recommended to charge them any other way, unless I can find a different solar charger.] A shame.

Works Well. Not FAST but works well
I’ve had my unit for over a year and I use it daily. I have several battery operated candle around the house. I cycle charging them in this unit. I agree with 1 other reviewer the spring on one of the battery slots is really STRONG.(better than it not hold it in place)I’ve left this unit out in the sun in summer in Arizona and still no issues… so it well made.I’m ordering a 2nd unit.I will concur with several other commenters… it’s not FAST but it’s absolutely FREE… I’m all about saving some money and reducing any pollution. (this is 100% solar power) Save the planet 1 battery charge at a time. ; )

Ease to use
It wasn’t what I expected and I really won’t use it very much if at all.
