Lightweight and perfect for backpacking
I purchased the Mission Mountain 2 person tent to take along for deep mountain camping. It’s lightweight and well made!Initial observations:The tent poles are high quality and seem to be very durable. I thought one of my poles were bent, but all 3 are designed that way.The rain fly is thick with a waterproof coating, it sheds water and resists wind no problem. It also has vents you can open which is nice for warmer days. The tent itself seems durable. The seams are taped/sealed to stop water coming in from the ground. The mesh is good quality and will be great for those hot summer nights as well as keeping bugs out. It also has a hanger which will be great for a lantern.Setup:Setup was super fast and easy, maybe 10 mins, but will be much faster now that I’ve set it up before. The 3 pole design is very sturdy. The rain fly buckles on, and has 2 red buckles so it’s simple to orient the fly in the proper position. It comes with stakes for the tie downs to make it even more rigid. The only improvements it could make is to apply the same waterproofing material to the base of the tent as what is used on the fly. I waterproof my tents base before use anyway since the forest where I live tends to have wet ground.Overall, it’s perfect for my needs and I’m sure it’ll last for many camping trips!

Fits easily into a backpack
We primarily got this tent for three grandkids to sleep in, but it’s just right for two adults. When it arrived I thought that we’d been sent a smaller tent by mistake, but it’s just very compact (we’re not used to small tents). It appears to be well made and is lightweight. It is easy to set up – took around 10 minutes. I’m sure we’ll be quicker now that we know how to use it. It’s poles are sturdy. It has a thick rain fly and appears to be waterproof and is easy to point in the right direction. It has vents that can be opened, which we’ll appreciate here in Texas. The mesh is good quality and will be a godsend for our hot spring/summer nights and keeping bugs out. It’s seams are sealed to stop water from coming in. It has a hanger that will hold a tent light or small lantern. It comes with stakes for the tie downs. As with most tent stakes, they could be more rigid and longer. It’s best feature is it has two zippered doors, so you can go out without having to roll overy anyone.Overall, I’m very impressed and look forward to using it for a long time.

Incredibly light and portable
The tent comes in a small carrying bag. So easy to pack and take on a hike – very lightweight! Setting the tent up the first time took ten minutes, but the takedown and subsequent setups were around 5 minutes. The support poles are magnetized and snap together quickly. The material of the tent overall very high quality. I ordered the polyester option and it is great. The tent itself is very roomy for two people, with a high ceiling. The mesh at the top and sides is tightly woven to keep out bugs and detritus, and the views are amazing, even with the rainfly on.The rainfly has air vents, which come in handy even when the tent is open. Both sides of the tent have zippered doors, which means you don’t have to crawl over anyone to leave the tent if you need to, and there is a little overhang between the zippered doors and the rainfly, so that you can store your backpack/shoes/whatever near you and out of the elements. The tent also has thoughtful and handy features, such as oversized pockets that fit cell phones and water bottles, and a hook on the ceiling for a light.Overall, the materials are very high quality, the tent is comfortable, and very easy to bring with you on a hike.

Value for money waterproof tent
This tent is half the price of even the cheapest REI option. It has great waterproofing and generally looks well constructed, I can update after several camping trips. It is 6.5lbs and fairly bulky, great for car camping but a bit large/heavy if you are hiking regularly with it. The base is 150D which I suspect will be its weak point I would recommend getting a ground sheet beneath it if you want it to last. There is plenty of space for two and space under the flysheet for your backpack. The tent comes with pegs and has multiple points to tie it down. The fly sheet has colour coded straps which make it easy to get the right way around, the main tent just has three poles to thread through so is easy to assemble. If you want a top-notch tent or a much lighter hiking tent you will probably spend three times this, if you want an occasional tent and mostly have the car nearby this is great value.

Great Tent – Ready For Camping
This tent is compact and lightweight making it easy to transport. It’s easy to setup and takedown even without using instructions. The seams seem strong. I don’t know yet but it looks like it will be watertight. Ventilation on all sides which will be nice on those warmer outings. Two doors so each person can get in/out without climbing over the other. A camping we will go.

Incredibly well designed tent that stood up to the wettest of weather
Bought this tent to use at a caving winch meet at Gaping Gill in the Yorkshire Dales. I appreciated the light weight of the tent and the ease of pitching. Although it has a small footprint, the inner tent comfortably accomodated my son and I (both over 6ft). Our comfort was greatly enhanced due to the two separate entrances. The resulting awnings created on either side made for great storage. Most impressive was the waterproofing. Over two nights we were deluged with the wettest period of weather I’ve seen in a long time. Many of my fellow campers suffered wet tents and belongings while my tent remained absolutely dry inside. For the cost, this tent was an absolute bargain. I would highly recommend it

Easy to put up and great features for the price
This is a really nice hiking tent. Packs small, fantastic ventilation and rain fly. Seams are well taped. As with most tents, if it says two person, it’s really for one. I would recommend it for people who are festival goers and folks who camp while hiking.

Excellent Value!
Well-made 2 person tent with a bonus area for a dog! The bonus area also works well for storing gear away from the elements. The tent sets up easily and is quite sturdy. The carry bag is well designed. Overall a great 2 person tent!
