Customers say
Customers like the performance and motion sensitivity of the light fixture. For example, they mention it works well, the sensors work great, and it picks up anything moving. That said, opinions are mixed on brightness, quality, and battery life.

Simple to install and use. Quality remote lighting.
I’ve already purchased a second set of the UME Solar Outdoor Lights (302 LED, 3000 Lumen) prior to writing this review. These are hands down the best solar security / perimeter lights I’ve seen. Excellent for:
– Wall mounting on outbuildings
– Pole / stake mounting in yards and trails
– Temporary mounting (more on that later)
– Door / garage / shed security
– Consistent area illumination
I’ve taken two of these assemblies and mounted one on my shed above the door and another to the side, lighting a trail to a nearby river. A third graces my boat dock, which is only used when I go out in the evening. One of the great accessories these lights come with is a plastic clip you can mount to a vertical surface. This allows you to place the light where and when you want it. For me, I set the boat dock light to the third mode, which provides a nice low light I can come back to, with a brighter flare when motion is detected. I leave it on a post near my back door for charging. The fourth is similarly mounted at the backyard silk / swing set, for when kids are playing at dusk and need a little more light.
In all cases, the three modes (off, then high light on motion, low light, and lower light with high light on motion) work well, the batteries still get a decent charge in indirect sun or on extended rainy days, and none have gone bad after multiple storms. I still use hard wired lights for my home perimeter, but these are very easy and reliable ways to extend lighting or to provide temporary illumination where you need it.
Even if you don’t have an immediate use, I recommend having a few tucked away in the garage. If you like life outside the walls of your home, these come in handy!

Bright, Small, Powerful
When I ordered this, I guess I was not looking closely and expected something much larger, but I turned it on and proceeded to see stars for the next 10 minutes, this little monster is BRIGHT!! After playing around with it and seeing all the different angles I could set it up I am beyond happy with it and the smaller size actually makes it a lot easier to mount in the place I was going to install it. The battery seems to be more than adequate and if you set it up where the really bright setting only kicks in when it actually senses something the battery has no problems getting through those cloudy days. It lights up a very large area since you can angle the outer lights so this gets a very happy 5 Star rating from me

Great
Extremely easy to install. I was looking for something that gives more light when my son comes home from work at night. We have many woodland creatures!!! I also like it taking my dogs out at night. I still need flashlight, but initial light from sensor gives me a view of the area. I do wish the light stayed on longer.

Good price for the set
Easy to install. Bright light and solar panel works. Only the sensor works at 9 feet. But it’s a good product.

Half and Half
I bought this 2 pack because I needed 2 lights in the backyard. It’s very dark back there at night. I took them out the package and they appeared to be returns from someone else. One of them had finger prints on the solar panel and didnt have that clear plastic to protect it during shipping. The other one was also missing the protecting plastic on the solar panel. I placed the panels in the sun for few hours to charge the battery inside. I then installed them on the outer part of my sheds. After mounting them I pressed the power button once each. When it was dark outside I went to check the motion sensor and see how bright it was. The first one came on right away, but was dim. I walked over to the second one and it also came on right away, but it was a lot brighter. They both had the same amount of time in the sun, so they should have been equally charged. I think I will buy another one somewhere else and place it next to the weaker one. I could always use a backup.
