Great Support for my feet
These insoles are great, very supportive for my feet. They are very comfortable and aren’t that thick so your feet still have room in your shoes. I use these in dress shows and my gym shoes for working out. I’ve been dealing with heel pain in my right foot for several months and these certainly help out with the pain.

Old. Fat. NEED to walk as a path back to health. These helped make an older pair of walking shoes “tolerable” again in terms of my heel/ankle/achilles pain. I like the “firm” plastic “backbone” of these insoles. Better arch support than other options. I would buy these again. Better than most of the cheap ones I have tried by a lot.

Soooo Nice!
Purchased two pairs of thick memory foam, new athletic shoes for the gym and running around. I was so surprised when I wore the first pair and within 2 hours my whole body felt REALLY fatigued. I purchased this and another comparably priced pair of insoles and I have to say they both work pretty good. The only reason I am not giving either pair of insoles a perfect 5-star is because they do not have them in a wide size, which does not make sense. They sit a little awkwardly in the shoe and if they were just a centimeter or so wider, the foundation would be much more stable in the shoe. Purchased for about $30 in May of 2024; for Women’s size 7.5 athletic shoes. Did not need to cut to fit in the shoe.

Finally some comfort
I have extremely high arching feet, and have tried multiple different types and brands of insoles, these are the best I have found.
I work at a job where I average over 8 miles walking and standing every day. My work boots are extremely uncomfortable, until I found these soles. They are Great! I bought the last set over a year ago and just bought my second set. Great quality, great comfort, and great product. Thank you

Well constructed!
This is a good product. I had to return because I hadn’t realized how hard it would be. I didn’t read it well enough when it said for 220 pounds+. So my fault for needing to return. But the product itself is obviously well constructed and would be really helpful for the right body type.

False heel height description
It’s not 2.5 inches in height. It’s actually about an inch only. The edges curve up to about 2 inches. It’s more for aesthetics so they can make it seem like their sole is higher than others. It’s fine for now. It seems to make my boots more tolerable to wear. But for the price I don’t recommend buying these.

DO NOT GET
I wore these in my work boots for the first time today and after half a work day my feet are hurting very bad. This is a poorly made product and makes my heel pain even worse. 0/10 would not recommend.

VALSOLE 210 + lbs Heavy DutycOrthotics are very comfortable. They also offer great arch support and I can walk much longer without getting sore feet. These work great
