 I don’t want to have balance issues as I get older so I got this book. The exercises are easy to do and incorporate in your daily routine. They really help to maintain core strength and balance. There are explanations along with pictures of each exercise and there is a QR code to scan for videos

Improving your balance
I have fallen a few times and want to work on my balance. This book has got a lot of exercises that are easy to follow. You can set in a chair stand or lay on the floor, when doing these exercises. This book has plans for ten minutes of exercises, beginner and challenging. I will stay with the beginners for now. I really liked the video that you can get also, it has helped me a lot. A well written exercise guide for seniors.

I loved this book – I have tried yoga but actually realized I needed more of a balance instruction before I continued in with yoga – and this book was perfect! Simple balance exercises, detailed descriptions, pictures, and videos – no way to go wrong. And you can do as many or as few as you can, and create your own perfect routine. I have noticed a definite difference!
