Customers say
Customers are happy with the robotic vacuum cleaner’s value, hair pickup, and ease of cleaning. They mention that it’s a powerful vacuum for the price, and that it does an incredible job of getting all the dog hair off hardwood floors. They are also happy with volume, and easy of use. That said, opinions are mixed on suction, battery life, and quality.

Works great for me!
I wasn’t too sure about this vacuum, but after reading the reviews, u decided to give it a chance. I am so glad I did, it works well. I mainly use it for my living room, which used to be a two car garage, so it’s big. I connected to Alexa, and the ease of using it is great. Also, emptying the canister is simple, and quick. I would definitely recommend if you don’t want to spend on a name brand.

Great robot!
I have no carpet in my mobile home, kids in and out constantly. I have Swept every hour on the house since we have lived here. Iâve had this robot for 3 weeks now & have not touched my broom & dust pan! This thing has saved my sanity! It rolls over my rugs with no issue, it doesnât get tangled in everything as you would think. I mean, it does, but on like a cluster of phone cords. It cleans under my beds, which I donât do everyday like this dude does!

Mo gets the job done.
Bought this over a year ago and we are still going strong…we named our vacuum “Mo” from the movie Wall-E. Because it seems like he is always trying to clean in areas not needed ð¤¦ââï¸.Mo does not have a specific pattern per say. He kind of just goes everywhere and then when his battery is low he wonders around the house trying to find his home. We typically feel bad for him and just carry him back to his spot.Downsides: no alert when holder is full, we have dogs and so pet hair is an obvious, no alert is annoying and results in us chasing Mo around to empty him.Not going to clean carpets at all, although will pick up bigger items, but if you’re expecting it to clean the hair out, it won’t.Will sometimes get hyper focused on one area, like our chair … we have to move Mo onto another section because he will just keep running into the chair. Will sometimes yeet himself off the stairs, it only happened a couple times, I think he learned his lesson though because he hasn’t done it in some time now.The app is not always user friendly, tried to use the “map my house” part and it worked a couple times and then just stopped.Upside- it is a cheaper robot vacuum and still going strong after a yearReplacement parts are not horribly priced.Does a good job cleaning the floors and does try to get in all the areas of the house.

Great vacuum!
Full disclosure: this is my first experience with a robot vacuum.Liked:Effective with debris (dust, dirt, lint, pet & human hair, bits of paper)Battery powers 2 hour runtimeDisliked: Big Wheel (kids tricycle) hard plastic tires on wood floor=noise, didn’t often find its way home to charge, body builds static=dust clings to it.Fun to watch algorithms at work and this thing can climb over 1″x2â lumber intended as a barrier.Wish: No-go zones or magnetic barrier sensors.I initially rated it five star. Then it broke after 13 days. Contacted support by phone, and they walked me thru a basic reset procedure. Not successful. Then we exchanged emails a few times. Still no luck.I like this machine. In this price range, I don’t think you will find better. I recommend this machine for hard floors (no carpet available to comment on). In just the few days that it’s been down, I see what a great job it was doing!I’m getting a new one. Same model from the same merchant. I’m betting that the broken one is a fluke. I am getting the extended warranty this time because I want to still be using it in three yearsâit’s that good.Update: Lefant service folks seriously tried to fix the problem. When they couldn’t, they sent a new machine. In the meantime, I bought a second unit. Now I’m blessed with two great machines that I heartily recommend! The 2nd machine is in a different area. One with some rugs. Hey, look at that nice clean carpet! Should you ever need support from Lefant I believe you will be completely satisfied with the outcome. Thanks Lefant Service; the five-star rating is back ð

Makes a lazy person even lazier LMAO with edit
Seriously though I was hesitant on buying a robot vacuum because Iâve heard so many early on negatives but as things have progressed, I have seen the quality this is unbelievable. I recommend this completely. I think that if you have dogs or cats in your house that shed you can turn this on and it will go through and pick up all the dog or cat hair or at least 90% of it. Obviously, youâre gonna have to move furniture or use an actual vacuum or both to get the entire job done but the robot vacuum does 95% of it Five stars is not enough.OK, hereâs the edit; it says 120 minute run time most of the time I have it on carpet boost and powerful mode and I get right at 80 minutes every time I use it and itâs really wonderful to keep up on pet hair, etc. but I still use my corded vacuum a couple times a month

Decent purchase
I bought this for my mother for Motherâs Day, so far this thing is awesome. Weâve had no issues. She has hard wood flooring with a rug in the living room. She also had a German Shepard and a dachshund which a two decently high shedding dogs and this vacuum keeps up. It goes through every room and vacuums it pretty well. Itâs also super super quiet which is really nice.

TLDR: It gets the job mostly done, and I’m satisfied with it’s performance across the terrain in my home for most of the basic debris and dust. It loses a few minor marks for strange movement here and there, lack of alerts for issues in the app, and moderate battery life.Allow me to contextualize it’s use: My home is all tile or laminate flooring. I don’t live in a house with an HVAC central air system, so the lack of circulation leads to tons of dust bunnies. We’re also currently at the tail end of a renovation. On top of all that, my father uses my back yard and garage for woodwork/carpentry and doesn’t take his shoes off – despite my household being a shoes-off household – as he makes his way across my home from both dirty locations. As you can imagine, I was getting pretty tired of using my Bissell Multi-surface Floor Cleaner (or just a straight-up Vileda broom and dust pan) for all the crap that gets deposited in the nooks, crannies, and in the middle, of my home.A moderately intense amount of research and comparison later, and I decided that this model would suffice – I was only looking for something to suck up the hair, dust, and debris on the floor. Given that I have an aforementioned floor cleaner, I wasn’t concerned with situations where I would need to mop. Cost-efficiency was also a key driver in my purchase decision. It’s been just over 2 weeks and I am mostly satisfied with the product’s performance. It seems to align with what all the reviews, comparisons, and tests elsewhere on the web have said. The brushless suction design (instead of a rotating brush) is quite clever – I occasionally have to take a knife to my Bissell so it pleases me to know that won’t be a problem with this unit. I have it scheduled for twice a week, and every time the bin has, if not been completely full, at least been half full.Upon completion of it’s scheduled tasks, the unit will have cleaned anywhere from 30sqm to 60sqm (300sqft to 650sqft) on average, occasionally dropping down to 20ish sqm (215sqft). It sufficiently navigates the transition areas of my home (which don’t have transitions installed and therefore are essentially a 1/2 to 3/4 inch gap between my rooms’ flooring), and can climb up my comfort floor mats in my kitchen which ware about 1/4 to 1/2 inches thick. The lower floor of my home is generally much bigger than the above reported cleaning area size – I am suspecting the issue is 2-fold: The battery life doesn’t last too long to begin with, given it’s current maximum historical runtime in my home at 101 minutes, and it often gets tangled up in wires that I have left exposed on the floor. In the attached “Cleaning Map” photo, you can see where my unit got stuck and died. You can also see that, despite it’s “arranged” setting, it appears seemingly random – for example, cascading downwards without reason. For reference, the unit’s home base is on the right side of the map.Admittedly, the latter issue of the unit being tangled up and dying is my fault for not preparing – however it does take some getting used to. I have found it more than a few times stuck and out of battery under a sofa with cables or under my media console propped up by a power bar so it’s wheel is stuck. That being said, the app doesn’t provide you with alerts for these issues. The unit itself beeps incessantly if it gets stuck or something else is wonky, but that only helps when you’re home. Another helpful aside is that the unit comes with extra rotating bristles – something that made me feel a bit better when I pick up the unit from it’s dead spot and see that the bristles have been subject to being bent by dying in a position where they’re squished.Speaking of finding the unit in strange places, I’ve also been around to see it try and navigate certain pieces of furniture. While I have no frame of personal reference, FreeMove 2.0 appears to do an overall pretty decent job of gently bumping, rotating, and checking again. However, I’ve also noticed it has a tendency to go in circles a bit, even when on the “Whole Area (Arranged)” setting rather than the “Whole Area (Random)” setting. Given my lack of experience with robovacs, this might just be a symptom of the industry as a whole, and it eventually gets out of it’s own gridlock, and it may be worth mentioning I own a decent amount of furniture for the unit to navigate around (for detailed context: 3 raised sectional sofas, 10 dining chairs between two tables, a few stools/vases/floor lamps/benches, and your usual entertainment and storage units). The only time this gives me minor anxiety is when it’s beeping that it has low batt while still circling a chair leg (at that point I’m just cheering it on to make it to it’s homebase).Overall would recommend this product for a simple, inexpensive dry robot vacuum. The issues I raised are only for information purposes and generally don’t warrant much attention from me during it’s day-to-day performance.Pic 1: Example of one of the transition gaps it navigates in my householdPic 2: Bump!Pic 3: FreeMove 2.0 working as intendedVideo 1: Example of pick 2 and 3 in video formPic 4: Executed Task list in appPic 5: In-App map for a specific Executed TaskEdit 1: Clarity, SpellingUPDATE: We’re into March of 2023, meaning I’ve had this robovac for 4 months now. It’s still consistent in cleaning the same square footage as the original review. However, I noticed upon emptying the bin repeatedly, that it was only collecting debris – crumbs, woodchips, pebbles and rocks dragged in from the outside… I no longer saw any actual dust bunnies in the bin. I was worried, thinking perhaps it WAS crap and it no longer worked. But I looked under my furniture and, lo and behold, there WERE NO dust bunnies period.I thought perhaps a test run is in order to ensure it’s still working. My Dyson died recently, so there has been an accumulation of dust in my master bedroom – hardwood flooring, for the record. I’ve since added two pictures of the dust bin that I think speak for itself.Turns out, the little guy is pretty good at his job. So good in fact, that I succumbed to the age old manager trap of “be more productive, even if you’ve already done everything”. The downstairs floor is clearly just absolutely spotless after regular 2-days-a-week cleaning over 4 months. And it still has the ability to pack so much dust and debris into it’s bin after all that use, that the dust actually had an imprint of the HEPA filter when I emptied it!I will say I’ve noticed that the further it gets from home base, the more spotty it’s job is sweeping everything. Seems to be a battery issue. By the time it gets to the furthest part of my home from it’s base, it’s eaten up a lot of it’s power and usually ends up trying to go back home without finishing the area fully. So I’ve started to just pick it up on a random day after charging and set it loose with “Random” mode to re-vacuum the missed area. Works like a charm. It also seems to be learning better. I’ve observed it tracking along the edges of furniture that never move without actually bumping into it. Hooray!UPDATE 2: End of July, Beginning of August 2023 – meaning 8/9 months in. All of the above applies still in terms of functionality. I echo some other reviews that have stated the unit beeps with 3 loud long tones twice, then 2 long tones, repeating every few minutes. Not sure what was going on but I didn’t run it for a while. I turned the power off, in fact, as it continued to beep even while charging. Eventually, I took apart the receptacle and cleaned out everything with the included brush, replaced the mini HEPA filter, and took apart the brushes underneath the unit to clean of hair. It has since stopped beeping in this way. Still not sure why it was beeping like that as there was no matching tone description in the troubleshooting section of the manual. However, it’s working fine again so I’m content to let sleeping dogs lie.The next issue is the wheels have become super squeaky. I can hear it across the house (so on the other side, and then up a floor). I haven’t really tried to mitigate it cause it rarely bugs me – I have it set to run while I’m working on the weekday – but I could see it bothering a long-term visitor or something. Will probably be fixed with some WD-40. I’ll update again if it’s unsuccessful but I’m pretty confident.UPDATE 3: It’s now December of 2023, which marks well over a year of use. I have good news: The wheels stopped squeaking, nor has the beeping returned. As such, the unit functions as expected – which is to say, excellent again. Upon it’s routine cleaning sessions twice a week, it continues to pick up an impressive amount of dust and debris. I once again do not have any major criticisms of the unit. It continues to be slightly frustrating when it’s low on battery and looking for it’s dock, but it often solves this issue itself over time (just don’t watch it – for the anxiety that will cause lol – and it’ll do what it has to). Otherwise, this will likely be my last update to this review. Ups and downs which, given it’s price point, may or may not be expected, but overall still a 5 star purchase over a year out for me and my dusty home!

Let’s start out by saying that I loved this vacuum. It is great on hard floors, I like the app, it’s quiet, it rarely gets stuck (compared to my old robot vacuum). It’s not great on carpets, but I only have a few area rugs so that wasn’t an issue for me.After 6 months the right brush doesn’t spin so it’s useless now.I have contacted Lefant and waiting to hear if there is anything they will do. I doubt it, but will update here if there is a solution.Update: they are sending me a new part.
